Hilton Garden Inn Medford

Dear Manager, Thank you to your amazing team for their hospitality. We had a great time at the local wineries my wife loved them. I got some fishing time in ;o) also. Great time in Medford!

The room was clean and comfortable. I’ve spent elongated amounts of time in this Hilton product. I have always found them to be on point. Would recommend to friends and family.

The bedding was very beautiful and comfortable. The shower was really nice. The only down side is when I entered the room, the first thing I notice was hair on the tv desk and it was also noticeably dusty.

Well maintained and courteous staff

The staff was all friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a little dingy and could have used a good scrubbing. The AC worked well, but the refrigerator did not work. The tv station selection was a little below average.

The hotel was lovely, the road noise is a little loud. They had coffee in the lobby every morning, and not every hotel does that if they don’t provide a free breakfast - so I really appreciated that. Overall, I would stay there again.

We have stayed here several times. It’s always clean, convenient and easy entrance to elevators.

The staff was particularly helpful with directions printed for me to where I going to a graduation.

Beds were very comfortable & room was comfortable & spacious. I thought the bathroom was going to be small but it worked out fine, although I prefer a walk in shower instead of a dated tub/shower combo.

This property has Not had a business center for over 4 years, showing out of order temporarily. A monitor and tower and wifi access and a desk and printer, would be great to have it. Hotel has great service for Free shuttle to airport and back.

This hotel was just okay, nothing special. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. Every time we walked by, not even a greeting or acknowledgement. We tried to get a room with a view and apparently since we booked with a third party, our room was locked in and they could not do anything about it. We overpaid big time being a holiday weekend, not the employees fault, but you would think they would have been more accommodating. Most of the staff were just not friendly, except for the breakfast staff and the bar staff. Sat at the bar the second night and since there was only one on staff, not that many sitting at the bar, we never got served and just went back to our room. They did not even knock on our door once to ask if we needed fresh towels or anything and we stayed 2 nights, not even a turn down of the bed. We will not stay here again, wasn't pleased at all. Nothing special about this hotel.
