房間暖氣的控制螢幕感應不良，有打電話跟櫃檯反應，他們說會派人來處理，但是並沒有，導致前兩天房間都沒暖氣，直至第三天我們直接去前台跟服務人員反應之後才改善這個問題。另外，浴室裡的潤髮乳也沒有了。對於希爾頓飯店呈現這樣的狀況顯然管理很鬆散，對他們的印象大大扣分。

I booked one king bed, and they gave me two single beds. There's a door connecting to the other room. The other room played loud music all night. the noisy protection in the room is terrible.

The hotel does not provide free parking. The hotel fee is $202, and the parking fee cost me $110. Don't come if you drive. There is no mobile phone charger. Everything else is good.

I chose this property for its excellent location and I wasn’t disappointed. My room was clean and spacious. The staff here particularly Imran on reception are wonderfully polite and friendly. This gentleman was incredibly helpful giving us so many tips about locations and routes to take. He single handedly made us feel safe and secure when leaving the hotel following his guidance. I was slightly disappointed that the hotel did not have a restaurant with more of a sit down dining service as opposed to a self service vibe. I only visited it once as a consequence and the restrooms in that area for ladies were extremely dirty and unclean which didn’t match the cleaning in all other areas. I think a timed monitored system should be invoked here as this must be the location that the bar staff and chef use so that put me off using this location again. This is the reason that I reduced a category to four instead of five stars. Apart from that this stay prior to our cruise was perfect.

Struttura confortevole e comoda, ottima la location, tutto come indicato al momento della prenotazione. Abbiamo dormito in 4 in una stanza, un po’ piccola ma come tutte le camere a New York su due letti alla “francese”. Materassi comodissimi, alla fine una soluzione ideale per chi come noi rientra di sera ed esce la mattina per visitare la città.

Gutes Hotel in Top-Lage Das Hotel liegt wunderbar im ruhigen Financial District im Vergleich zum sonst so lebendigen Manhattan – ein echter Pluspunkt! Die Anbindung ist hervorragend, mit der Staten Island Ferry und mehreren Bahnstationen direkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und der Zimmerservice zuverlässig, auch wenn die Dusche teilweise nicht gereinigt wurde (ein kleiner Minuspunkt). Etwas Staub und fleckige Gardinen trübten den Gesamteindruck leicht, aber insgesamt war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Ein bisschen hellhörig war es aus dem Flur. Das Personal war durchweg professionell und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein solides Hotel, das wir für einen Aufenthalt in New York empfehlen können.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying hear. We stayed here for a short holiday weekend. Staten Island Ferry was literally across the street. Subway station was also across the street. Staff was courteous and respectful. Rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, close to multiple subway stations. The staff is very helpful. The rooms have a good size for New York.

Location is good.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room looked nice at first, but there was way too much dust on the furniture, corners, and even the chair. It made the space feel uncomfortable and not well taken care of. My son got sick. For the price, I expected a much cleaner environment. Housekeeping really needs to pay more attention to detail. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the cleanliness improves.
