The property was very clean. The staff was welcoming. Area around the hotel not the nicest but just go over the fashion valley and tons of places to eat. Also shopping in park valley. There is a Saks off fifth and a Nordstrom rack just on the other side of the freeway. I would recommend a few nights here.

Hice el check in en linea y puse hora aproximada de llegada, elegí mi habitación (1010) y cuando llegue se me asignó otra habitación y cuando entre a la habitación no funcionaba el A/C y hable a recepción y me dijeron que no tenian habitaciones disponibles y que las personas de mantenimiento ya se habian ido.
