Holiday Inn Express MANHATTAN TIMES SQUARE SOUTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Property was a great location to penn station, grand central and very walkable to wverything you could dream of in midtown. Safe, clean, and quiet.

Great location! Nice staff. The thing I don’t like is the air conditioner is noisy and too close to the bed.

Excellent location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast options, and the cleanest rooms of any hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are also very nice in size with lovely windows/light and air options. It's a terrific hotel from the amenities to the staff - highly recommend!

Terrible front desk staff and management, Very uncooperative and inflexible, they initially offered something and did not follow through. Stay at another hotel, not this one.

I went to the tennis US open and the TV would not cover the US open. Although ESPN2 was listed. Asked the reception and they are useless

Room key was not working most of the time. I was staying in 7th floor and need to come to first floor to get it fixed multiple times. Staying 3 nights and it’s the most frustrating thing. Everything else was good.

Hotel was in a great location close to many subway stops, restaurants, and shops just as most other hotels in Manhattan. This hotel room and bathroom were both extremely small, just a bit larger than a cruise ship cabin. Breakfast was decent but the dining space was lacking, it was very difficult to move around to get food and even more difficult to find a table where you can eat your breakfast. The worst part for us is that they don't have a mini fridge in the rooms. The AC was cold but it was blowing directly on me as I lie in the bed. So we will be staying at a different hotel next time we come to NYC.

The property was in a primo location. Easy to walk to all midtown sites and the Herald Sq line was on the corner and easy to access. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Struttura accogliente in zona koreatown vicinissima a tutto, ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo, le camere vengono rifatte tutti i giorni e anche il cambio asciugamani è quotidiano, non scontanto a New York, il bagno è spazioso e pulito, la struttura non è nuovissima ma non ho riscontrato nessun problema.

There a bar right next door so if you get a room on the lower floors it can b e quite loud. Just bring some ear plugs and you’ll do just fine. It’s NY. Overall great location, lots of food options, close to Times Square and Penn station.but just far enough away. Easy walk. Rooms were clean and fulfilled the job.

Foi muuuito melhor do que o esperado! O quarto é enorme, é tudo limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã é simples mas uma delícia. O atendimento é muito cordial. Chuveiro e banheiro bom também! Vale demais, super recomendo!
