Room was small but clean. Lobby was clean. Staff at front desk welcoming and friendly. Hotel was quiet even though it appeared full based on number of people in breakfast room. Hotel location was within walking distance to 911 memorial and museum (a few blocks away)

I booked two nights in the hotel and pre paid already. But it was fulled when I checked in the night. They arranged me to another hotel around which I need to walk for few streets with my luggages.
In the 2nd night, they arranged me the room with noise air conditioner when I moved back to hotel. Need to rearrange for another room.
Also, the housekeeper open room door suddenly in the morning when I was still in bed. So shocked.

No issues with the property. No position on the food since i did not consume anything. Bedding was fine.TV has only 3 channels.Coffeemachine is not operational and had putrid water. I guess from previous use. Despite being " in the system" i was treated as a suspicious individual upon demands of producing ID,

Las habitaciones son muy reducidas y aunque tienen ventana a la calle siempre estan oscuras, la limpieza es mala sólo llegan a hacer las camas y recoger la basura ni siquiera revisan para resurtir el café o papel de baño, la zona estuvo muy ruidosa especialmente porque hay muchas obras en construcción cercanas y trabajan también por la noche. El desayuno básico pero suficiente para salir a pasear sin perder tiempo desayunando en otro sitio, unque a ciertas horas el espacio es insuficiente.

I checked in at 9 pm and was told room is not ready and will be ready in 15 minutes. It sounds great till now. I came back around 2 am and found out the room is not ready to sleep after along day in our journey in new york we were so tired, and we had to wait more than one hour to get the room clean and prepared. Totally disappointed of the service
