Holiday Inn PLAINVIEW-LONG ISLAND by IHG, an IHG Hotel

今年8月16日到18日，我第二次住在这家酒店，第一次是去年的夏天。总体来讲，很适合度假和休息，当然，前提是你的活动范围是在长岛，而且是亨廷顿镇这附近。 但是，因为他紧靠长岛高速公路（说是紧靠，实际上还有几十米的距离，所以绝对不会吵），如果你租了车，无论是去长岛东部的海滩还是西部的法拉盛甚至曼哈顿，都非常方便。我就经常开车去法拉盛吃中餐，单程也就是20 来分钟。

Construction at the site affected our stay. The rooms in lower level were gloomy.

Clean room, easy parking and wonderful staff

Don’t trust bartender or staff.

No complaints at all but if i had issues walking up to your room physically the elevator wasn't working. Things happen. Thanks holiday inn.

Francisco is a godsend! We were stranded after Marriott pulled one on us because they were overbooked. They accepted our last booking although it ended being an accessibility room. We made it work and the staff were the sweetest. Thank you!

Was woken up by staff at 8am banging on door to clean. The Toliet was not properly cleaned.

We needed an extra night for a funeral to avoid late day traffic back to home. It was last minute. Staff was most accommodating. Room was immaculate. It was just what we needed without costing $450-500!

Upon arrival, the clerk says they could not find my two rooms. Come to find out it was separated, then we checked in and she gave us direction to the elevator. Then come to find out the elevator was out of service for the past weeks and we was not informed and she pretended not to know. We needed the elevator because we had 6 people with at least two luggage and a baby and they couldn't put us on the main floor. The room was clean and bed comfortable but the sheet had many hair strings etc. I complaint etc. Also, I signed out a day before and they said they cannot refund I have to reach out to Hotels.com and I have not been able to get hotels.com on the phone.

Not worth the price you are paying. You can hear everyone and everything, the Air unit was so loud you could not sleep through the night without waking up constantly, dirty a lot of bugs and cracked walls, this establishment is not even worth $90 so the fact they charged almost $800 for 3 nights is ridiculous for this beat down motel.

A renovated motel pretending to be a hotel. Low ceilings especially in bathroom.

Stayed four days in this nice hotel, very clean and in a good location. The area is quiet, accesible to a highway and with many food options within a short drive. Hotel has plenty of parking spaces. Room was very clean and comfortable. No issues with the AC and hot water. Pool was clean. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant once, it was ok. Would stay again and recommend.

Pros: great pool, comfy beds, clean. Cons: strange layout, staff didn’t do anything during am fire alarm, such as offer direction or reassurance.

Convenient and easy for a quick trip thanks

Everything fine except , bath fan tied to light on single switch and very very noisy, Fire alarm at 2:30 am one night required full evacuation. That sucked even if not hotel’s fault. Was something with elevator machinery. Did get a 20% comp on that night Hotel layout with paste-on interior corridor leaves rooms with no exterior windows, very strange, and requires fully closed blinds at night.

The staff was cordial, courteous and quick checking us in. The lobby areas were clean, room was clean, the beds a bit hard, pillows not to comfortable, (too soft), the breakfast from the Bristo was great our compliments to the chefs there. The noise was a bit too much with people constantly slamming their doors besides that everything else was fine. (P.S. the gym can use an upgrade).

Overall nice place, great staff. Very friendly and good service. Fitness center needs maintenance or new equipment. Pool was nice though.
