Volume button on TV remote not working, no hand towels for face wash clothes, no soap in dispenser by sink, small pool towels in bathroom. And no pool towels by pool at all, hot tub whirlpool not working!!

Dirty and bad crowd, front staff was rude and lazy. Internet never worked, police called in parking lot for disturbance daily, bad guest crowd with banging doors and screaming, paid for kitchenette but provided no utensils, we assume due to theft but wanted to charge more than room cost to rent!! I will NEVER stay here again!

Slow check-in, not really the fault of the staff. The room wasn't the cleanest, especially the bathtub and towels. The light switch in the bathroom was broken so it stayed on all night along with the loud fan. Luckily the bed was clean enough to grab a few hours sleep, and get out of there. Which was difficult with the noise. I would not recommend unless you are low on funds.

Our stay was not the greatest. We got there and I informed the lady at the front desk that our TV did not work, which was very difficult with a toddler. She told me the maintenance guy would be up shortly hours later I called. She said she was sent him straight upstairs an hour later she let me know that he had gone home for the day finally at 9:30 at night, he knocked on the door absolutely uncalled for ridiculous.

Property was poorly maintained. Hallways were never cleaned for the duration of our stay. Trash cart next to elevator overflowing. Strong odor of cigarettes and weed.

Horrible. Never cleaned the rooms. Had to ask for everything several times. Stole my personal belonging

I love them at hometown inn

My stay was ok, came to Flint MI for a family funeral. The room smelled musty plus only two towels for two people, not accommodating for early morning getting ready. Charged 100.00 deposit for possible usage of telephone or ??? I did receive my deposit back.

Gets the job done but management needs to better care for property. Renovations half done, a lot of faults like questionable door security or dripping faucet, my room stopped being serviced for short term stays because of multiple stays & front desk wasn’t much help.

Hot tub doesnt work

Hot tub not in functional order. (Not made aware at either booking or check-in) we would not have booked if we knew. By the time we found out it was too late. Floor in hallway dirty. Like dryer lint or something all over. We were close to the Landry room. Noticed multiple windows broken. One at the end of the hallway and another in a 2nd floor room. Towels were small. No soap in room at all!!! Not a bar, nothing in the dispensers. Nothing. The room was clean. It will be very unlikely we will have a repeat stay.

I don’t stay places without a hot tub. Online it said they had one. Book it. Arrived and they said it’s been closed for 3 months. We had been deeply looking forward to the tub. False and irresponsible advertising. Would love a partial refund. Thanks.

Very nice people that works there make you feel at home

Bed was comfortable. Heavy smell of pot outside during late evening.

The property was nasty. Staff was horrible. I was put on 3rd floor without notice and NO elevator. They didn't tell me and told me it would take "X" amount of time to get my $ back to be able to book elsewhere. When I went to check out staff was sleeping for 20 minutes before they woke up from me calling repeatedly to the desk as I was standing there. He proceeded to be even meaner to me. Very rude. I'm very un happy. Bathroom door didn't shut and was screwed together as well. No garbage cans or bags even. Only 2 towels for the shower and they took them and never replaced them the next day. Wasn't going 3 floors down with 3 kids to get more. Had to drag ALL my luggage up and down the stairs. It was horrible. Me er again.

Checked into the hotel and immediately left for an event. When I arrived back to the hotel and went to my room the room was not cleaned prior. Garbage everywhere, dirty toilet, and used dirty socks on the floor.

Very friendly staff. Room was nice. Outside very dirty. Debris everywhere.
