Excellent Hotel! Large rooms with kitchens and a sitting area. Very clean. Large gym. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Minutes from DC without the high price tag. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of yummy choices and a very friendly staff. I would stay here over and over,

We had a very nice visit… just a clogged toilet upon arrival but was fixed immediately and friendly … everything was clean but the bathroom needs upgrade:) Justin at front desk was EXCELLENT & FRIENDLY

Básicamente el hotel es uno completo. Desde la amabilidad de todos sus empleado, la tranquilidad,es accesible,la limpieza y el desayuno q ofrecen. Si fuera el cas o de volver a Washington, sin duda me hospedaria nuevamente.

Very kind staff, breakfast was great, clean hotel, location is very convenient and it's literally a small bridge to Georgetown, DC. Con: Beds are HARD!!!!!

Only complaint is their 30/day parking. It should be an amount per stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a one mile radius. We used it to go to Key Bridge, so we could walk to Georgetown. Hotels in Georgetown are pricey. This is a perfect alternative at a reasonable price. There are also a variety of restaurants 2-3 block up Quinn St. which is another nice convenience.

Great property close to Georgetown University. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great convenient location close to DC with ample parking.

Morning buffet breakfast was excellent! Staff was great and rooms were spacious. Very easy access to the Metro.

I loved nearly everything here. This was a great hotel and friendly staff. If I am nit picking the shower head was a $ 5 Walmart special and the bed was not the most comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Shuttle service was a huge help. Breakfast was really good and the bar was basic. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

My family came to Arlington from out-of-state for the burial of my father at Arlington National Cemetery. I called ahead to ask if there were designated rooms for pets and was told 'no', so I was not required to put a pet on my reservation. However, the 2nd floor had multiple rooms with the pet door hanger and the frequent sound of barking dogs. On top of that, my room smelled strongly of wet dog, which was very overwhelming for a cat owner. The floors were also unnecessarily dirty. I was literally picking things up from the carpet that should have been sucked up by a vacuum. I then used paper towels to 'sweep' the kitchen floor because it was so unclean. Then, on my first night, I opened up the sofa bed and the bedding was still there from the previous visitor, so I had to peel it off to put on new bedding. The sofa bed was also incredibly uncomfortable; I did not sleep well all 3 nights. Last, when we checked in (3 rooms), I asked if one room could have a late check out and was told 'yes' for 1pm, but on the morning of our last day, I went to the front desk to confirm and was denied. I argued that I was already approved at check-in, but the gentleman told me that it was only a request and they had no obligation to approve all requests. He then rudely said he is denying our request. That was the cherry on top to an already difficult weekend. On a positive note, we enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient location.

Excelente trato del personal, y lo mejor fue que tienen desayuno bufet incluido, lo único que le faltó fue un poco de variedad en la comida, siempre fueron los mismos olatillos, y las camas fueron muy comodas

The King Size bed was very comfortable in the Studio Suite. Breakfast was decent. Had a good variety of food options. The only thing I would have liked to have was more fresh fruits like melons etc. That staff was super friendly and polite.

It was a very nice property, clean and comfortable.
