Hotel facilities are quite old, but the service is excellent. Great locations, 10 mins walk to key attractions. Nice breakfast

Great service, staff is helpful and friendly. location is also good, only 10mins walk to the Central Park or MoMA. However the facilities of this hotel is quite old, and I don’t really like the carpeted floor (looks dirty). Simple but nice breakfast is provided.

No much by way of amenities at the hotel ( we do not use a gym) but clean and very well located for shops, museums/art galleries and easy access to most of Manhattan via the subway system.

For the price, this was a great find. The room was big by Manhatten standards and being located in midtown, it was close to lots of restaurants etc. The hotel itself is a bit dated as other reviews mention, but by no means a deal breaker. Will def stay again.

Hotel is in a perfect central location. Clean tidy All staff at any time of day were super friendly, helpful with fabulous customer service. We didn't use any of the facilities other than the room so can't comment.

Très bien, mais no fridge in the room so no water. Otherwise, it’s perfectly fine.

Usual NYC money grab. Got to hotel 3 hours early and was offered to store bags of pay a $60 early check in fee. Rooms are run down, carpets are worn and dirty, no water in rooms or available at front desk, synthetic sheets get hot at night and noisy ac turns on and off constantly.

The property wasn’t very clean. The room seemed to be falling apart. Everything about the hotel is outdated.

Good staff friendly concierge

The room was on the smaller side and did not come with a microwave or fridge. The staff was able to bring up a mini fridge upon request, but they do not offer microwaves at all. Noise was a big issue—the walls are thin, and you can hear both street noise and sounds from neighboring rooms. Since NYC is never truly quiet, it was tough to get good sleep. On the positive side, the room was modern and up to date, and we were able to check in early (though there was a small fee). The elevators were very slow, so I’d recommend using the stairwell. It also looked like the restaurant on the bottom floor was under construction, so breakfast wasn’t included. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but definitely overpriced for what you get.

We had a great experience since the beginning. Staff was amazing and very kind, and also provided all the needed information to have no surprises by the end of our stay. The room was clean and bigger than expected, and the bed was extra comfy. Hotel is well located, ton of places to eat and train station nearby. I totally recommend this place and would stay here again any time.

Loved location of this hotel ! Close to grocery stores and central park. Hated that our room was facing the building that was under the construction so we had no view and barely any light from outside. On the website it said that "every room has city view". Well that is a false advertisement !

Everything was perfect. Didn’t hear a sound all night. Clean hotel with friendly staff, walking distance to Central Park, Blooming Dales and so much more. The palace diner and Dunkin right next door was a very welcome surprise. All in all it was an excellent hotel and I’m sure that we’ll be back.

It’s an ok hotel
