早餐吃完之後不包括在住宿費內還要另外付費早餐，酒店有早餐多數免費的又不說明

Was shocked when arrived at the hotel entrance. Definitely not value for money. Will never return to the same hotel again.

Big room. The staff upgraded my room but seems little different from original one. The room was facing the street with lower floor,, so kinda noisy.

Staff team is very friendly and welcoming. Bright red carpet in the hallways could be replaced. Room was neat and tidy. The lobby and bar are nice. Glad I had a higher floor, a friend on 3rd floor struggled with the noise.

The property was outdated and a complete rip off.

Deep soaking tub was amazing! Staff as well ! I work in the hotel industry and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great !

Loved everything

For a NYC hotel, the room was super spacious. It had a sofa and center table along with all the other things.

Great balcony

Front desk was very accommodating. They had ironing board and iron sent to our room upon requesting. They also quickly fixed a TV remote issue. All went very well with our stay!

The interior decorating was nice. I did not like that my card was 'declined' by the front desk —when I called my bank, they said they didn't decline any transaction from the hotel. Not sure what payment system you are using, but this was very inconvenient.

give it a year. under renovation and the staff is inattentive and you can't even get your own ice and they never bring it to when you ask for it:

Cool hotel in an interesting NYC neighborhood. Walking distance to Little Italy, China Town, SOHO… Terrible pillows and inconsistent replenishing of towels etc. Friendly service staff.

I appreciated the friendly staff accommodating my early check-in when I really needed it. The hotel has been nicely renovated. The only thing missing was an à la carte breakfast option or at least good coffee. They only offered a buffet with pastries and cold cuts. It would be great if they could serve quality coffee and simple breakfast options like eggs for vegetarians. There aren’t many places open early for breakfast in the LES—just coffee spots with croissants or muffins.
