Great Location !

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. A microwave in the room would had been helpful

My stay was passable overall—certain aspects were handled well, others not so much. • Check‑in hiccup: Upon arrival, the check-in system was down, forcing a wait of about an hour before I could finally get into my room. • Staff competence: Once checked in, the team was friendly, informative, and helpful. They clearly communicated the hotel’s amenities and services. • Room condition: The room was clean and the temperature was pleasant. • Housekeeping delay: On the following day, the room went uncleaned until after 3 p.m., even though I had departed at 8 a.m. for a meeting and returned at 2 p.m. • Bathroom issues: The water pressure was weak, and the hot water took an unusually long time to kick in during the shower. Also, the toilet wasn’t clean at all. • Customer service: Despite the operational glitches, the staff remained friendly and demonstrated strong customer service skills. Verdict: The stay was okay—certain conveniences like cleanliness and helpful staff stood out, but systemic delays and maintenance issues diminished the experience. As a result, I’m unlikely to stay here again.

The room smellls bad so I lit a candle for my stay just to end up getting a bill for almost $1200! This is insane! There’s no detection of me smoking or anything just because of me trying to have a better smell to my room cause this. This is absurd

Enjoyed staying there in Sugar Lsnd. Polite staff. Clean easy to walk to shops and yummy bakeries in walking distance.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants so you can just walk and not have to drive around.

Stay here every time we come to Sugar Land! It’s the perfect location and great hotel.

Other guests late one evening decided to have a pool after party in the hallway. No decent hotel restaurant.

Environment was clean and professional for me however my brother was very upset because he precisely requested for his original reservation for his pen house and king suite to omit his first day and remain the remaining day on his reservation, however they completely canceled his Pen house when he arrived then they had to find any available room.
