No elevator wifi is not good

not quiet clean

Bathroom and shower area was so old and dirty that u didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower Bed was ok and clean.

Good location, no elevator and a little dated but was a good stay overall.

I enjoyed the pool. The sauna was great. It wasn’t a bad stay. The room was decent. Location is good. I had stayed there years before it was newer back then. Towels were new. Staff was friendly. The coffee was good by the front ice machine was handy. My room was quiet. I think it was OK. Good for the budget minded traveler I would probably stay again.

We had a over night stay and room was clean an comfy.

My first impression was what did I book lol😆 , The outside area needs some curb appeal and the carpet in the stairwell was old and out dated, the check in area and desk looked cluttered , other that that I was surprise the room was clean and ok for a one night stay.

Bathrooms out of order in coffee shop. No in-room coffee. Carpet in room old and dirty. Chair in room torn. Parking was convenient. Location convenient to Woodstock - Saugerties and highway. Place needs a severe face lift to continue to compete with Holiday Inn across the street.

I was honestly shocked at the state of the room. I really don’t consider myself a picky person… but this room shocked me. Everything smelled damp and mildewy, there were mold/mildew stains in the bathroom, the grout and there was visible dirt on the walls, door, light switches, etc. The artwork was broken and half hanging off of the bracket. The refrigerator was both leaking and froze everything, ruining all of the food in there. Every surface was sticky and gross feeling. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and I’ll never be staying again. After horse showing in 95 degree weather all day, this was NOT a relaxing spot to return to. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else, or in one of the neighboring towns.

Bathrooms need updates- ceiling tiles water stained - get rid of the tubs and install walk-in showers- shower curtains are nasty

There was an issue but the management was able to address it in a timely manner.

The hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on and not in a good way. First room they gave me the sheets were dirty so I moved rooms. It’s as basic as you can get. Came to the area for HITS down the street which is very convenient and that’s a huge plus. It was clean enough to sleep in, but if I had a choice I’d go elsewhere.

Sure it's dated, but it's basically clean and it's cozy. The staff were very friendly! We had breakfast at the attached restaurant, and it was good greasy diner food, exactly what we were looking for... the staff there were great too! The pool is awesome, clean and inviting.

Clean room, good pillows and bed led to a nice night of sleep.

Room smelled moldy and obvious water damage on ceiling. Leaky tub faucet too. Furniture in horrible shape…. Many pieces broken and damaged. Sooooo dated. Needs new everything, from paint to curtains to carpet. The beds were comfortable but someone who checked in shortly before us had to come back because linens were dirty while we were checking in. We checked ours before settling in, but they were ok.

Great helpful staff, most of the room was older a bit of a musty odor and the ceiling tile was water stained.
