It's convenient to check in, The service attitude is also very good, and the environment is very comfortable and clean.but the sound insulation is not very good. I often hear the sound of sliding doors.

I liked the hotel except for their misleading and confusing statement about the pet clean fee $75 for up to a week. I ended up with booking just for one night with a poodle for $75 even there was not much to be cleaned after the stay. They could have made it $75 per night ...and I would consider other hotels.

Staff was lovely, however prepare to spend $50-$65 a night on valet as parking is very limited. However, the valet staff was so amazing and kind, Steven especially. Hotel was clean with healthy breakfast options, all staff was accommodating and well mannered.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. Location is walkable into downtown as well as quiet if that’s what you want. Staff continues to be great and very helpful. Valet parking staff is wonderful. Prompt and polite. There is a bar. Public transportation is right outside the door. Uber and Lyft was easy to access if needed. The area felt safe to walk in.
