Loved it, would definitely recommend

The front desk staff were super friendly and the hotel was amazing! The bartender was also very friendly and helpful! Rooms were spectacular! Would definitely recommend staying there!

The mattress was not comfortable at all. Did not sleep good because of it.

We were in the area and the suite was spacious, clean, and well modulated as to tempature. The security feature on the elevator was reassuring.

I stayed at the Hyatt Wilmington Riverfront during a family road trip as we relocated to another state, we had a late check in but the team was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition and a much needed break from the moving and driving. I only wish I could have stayed longer :-)!

Nice hotel, well maintained, convenient to attractions and pleasant staff.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. It is very convenient and well kept.We enjoy the River Walk just steps outside the door, and the Big Fish restaurant next door. Only glitch was the pet fee. When we booked, we were told it was $75 charge. When we checked it, they had raised it to $100. Thankfully I had a copy of our booking agreement. I think the charge is too high either way.

The property is in a great location and parking is free and ample.

Great location right on the water. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, as was the spur of the moment bike ride on the riverfront with the complimentary bike from the lobby. The DE Children's Museum was across the parking lot and fantastic! I would definitely stay there again.

We liked the HVAC for the room was easy to use. Choice of window blinds for sleeping. Room furniture was comfortable. Only problem was tv placement, tv should either be in the bedroom or in the living room, the way it is laid out was not comfortable to watch from either location.

Good locator and breakfast is good

Great place to stay for a weekend in Wilmington. Good rates and nice hotel. Super convenient to the River Front area and the Blue Rocks baseball field. The only issue we had was an annoyingly early knock at the door for housekeeping. They were knocking at 9:30am which seemed over zealous. Besides that all was great.

Not what I expected from a Hyatt. Shades were broken - lights did not work - horrible water pressure - shower only got lukewarm - and big scuffs on walls as if there was an altercation in the room!

Quiet, close to riverwalk and restaurants. Decent hotel.

We had a reservation for a room with a king bed, check in was at 3pm, a wedding and a travel tournament was checking in at the same time with one person at the front desk. Rooms were not ready at 3:45pm so they had to continuously go check if a room was ready before they could check anyone in. We had to switch rooms from a room with a king to a room with queen beds in order to get ready and catch the shuttle. Later that night, the bar could not print receipts for anyone that was there. The next morning during checkout, I was told that only a manager could print the bar receipts after the fact and they wouldn’t be in until noon.

very easy to get to, just off the highway. In a nice area along the river with an adjacent pathway for bike riding or jogging. Also surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a nice view of the river. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot. It is adjacent to a seafood restaurant.

There was too many events and not all people were ataying at hotel made it difficult and uncomfortable for the price i paid i expected way more
