Property was very clean. Rooms were taken care of and lived up to the Hyatt standard.

Overall the property was great! The area was a little scary and I felt uncomfortable walking to restaurants.

Wow I love this hotel, we booked a city night view room. That was amazing !!! You can see all the beautiful city view through the room window. That's a very nice experience. The room is extremly clean and the shower room and restroom is seperate so very privancy which is amazing. The shower head is good. I love this hotel and definitely will come back!!!!! And the bar is super nice too!!!

Room layout was a tad weird, with no bathroom door. You basically has a sliding barn door that blocked off half the room from the bathroom (there was a toliet closet with a opaque glass door). I think of you were traveling as a single person or a couple it would work out great, but traveling with multiple family members it wasn't great. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but clean and up to date. Great hotel for the Rose City Comic Con, convenient and close. Breakfast was awesome! Staff were great!

Felt very safe, beautiful view, easy to park in the parking garage right down the street behind the hotel, valet parking was also available. Very nice staff and friendly. Was pretty clean but we noticed they had a sign from the state department stating they had barely met cleaning standards.

The room is so clean and like new. It has city and river view. If anything, it would be the door to toilet can be inconvenient for family and when you need to go out while the toilet is in use...
