不错的酒店，下次去还会选择。

Normally I don't write these. Was looking for a cheaper place next to my office for work. The floor in my room was dirty. The shower tile and bathroom floor tile were pretty gross. Stains everywhere.

My room wasn’t cleaned very well and my medical face mask was knocked onto the floor and left there for when I returned to the room. There was also major construction I wasn’t aware of before booking which resulted in having to use the service elevator which was super crowded and had long waits for. Also the AC unit needed to be updated every few hours so you’d go to bed comfortable and at midnight it would automatically turn back to hot so I’d wake up at like 4am and have to reset it. Overall very disappointing stay.

Por ahora están remodelando el lobby y no sé si eso está influyendo o es una condición normal y regular pero le hace falta mucha limpieza a los cuartos, se cambian las sábanas según diario pero no es así. El costo beneficio desde mi parecer no es el más adecuado. El tamaño de las habitaciones para una persona funciona para dos se complica el movimiento. Ósea no es un mal hotel pero creo que tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad. La comida del restaurante está muy rica. Hay personal que atiende de forma educada, atenta y amable y otra que deja mucho que desear. Ojala puedan aprovechar las mejoras ya que el hotel esta situado en una muy buena localización.

Hotel was under construction and air conditioning didn’t work the second night

Está bien ubicada y es muy funcional, sin embargo ahora en plena remodelación creo falta que el personal está más al pendiente de las habitaciones.

Hotel was undergoing some renovations but all in all was great for the price.

I was on the 9th floor and it was the quietest NYC room I’ve ever slept in.

Great location and rooms were clean and comfortable. They are doing renovations to lobby area so no real lobby area currently. Also, only one elevator was working during my stay making getting in and out of the hotel laborious.

Unfortunately they were having renovations during our stay and there was nothing on the posting warning about this

Very humid in the room. Bed Linens including pillows had a distinct odor. Very unpleasant for sleeping.

Perfect location, we had an inner room, which was super quiet, didn’t have any of the typical Manhattan street noise. They are renovating the lobby, but did an excellent job providing temporary lobby and front desk space.

This place is a dump

The construction is coming along with speed and the rooms are great.
