First time staying in a Melia property and I have to say I will most likely stay again. Everything was great: from the check-in (shout out to the amazing team, especially Fior at the front desk) to the size of their room. Unobtrusive, efficient and friendly service. Great vibes. I highly recommend it.

Great position in Chelsea, room was a good size and the staff were lovely. However, the room only seemed to have hot water - shower was scalding and the aircon went from freezing to hot - seemed to have a mind of its own. That said for the price and position I’d recommend.

Personal sehr freundlich, Hotelzimmer sehr sauber. Check in war mühsam, das Zimmer meiner Freundin war erst am späten Nachmittag fertig. Waren auf dem 7. Stock, hoher geht’s wohl nicht für Expedia Kunden. VIP Upgrade erfolgte (von Queen auf King), die anderen VIP Perks gab’s nicht. Gym ist klein aber ok.
