We checked in late and when we got to the room, the room has trash in there, towels on the floor, and the bed frame is torn. The water in the shower does not go down smoothly and built up while taking the shower.

I despise resort or other fees not included in the price. I must have not noticed when i booked. The hotel is very well kept and the staff is very nice. Our room was spacious modern and clean. Food and beverage prices are high even for new york.
