La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Bend

In the shower/bath tub, the ceiling had a large black mark that appeared to be mold build-up. The jacuzzi was not operable and the water in the pool was a little too warm for my liking.

All the hotels except one on our road trip had unclean, disgusting old carpeting. Only one had a hard floor that was clean and that was the least expensive one!

The room and rest of the hotel was very clean. Wish there was an elevator, but understand why given the age of the hotel. We liked that the room come with not only a small refrigerator, but also a microwave and sink! You don't find that very often! Very affordable rooms as well. We'll be back!

We've stayed at several La Quintas before, but this one is old, outdated and poorly ran. Check in was fine. They took our credit card payment and it went downhill from there. They have luggage carts, but we were on the 3rd floor and no elevators. So, for us, luggage carts were useless. Had to make three trips up and down the stairs. The first night our TV wasn't working. To their credit, they did come up and get it going in a timely manner. Second day .... NO HOT WATER. How annoying. Talked to front desk and they told me it was because "everyone was taking showers at the same time to get ready for the concert". Calling BS on this as: It was 1 PM in the afternoon and the concert didn't start until 730. Only twelve cars in their parking lot and probably at least four or five were employees. Waited an hour and still no hot water. Went back down to the front desk and no one was around. Called on ky phone and the phone was ringing, but no one around to answer. I could have reached over the counter and answered my own call!! Finally, Jackson shows up and I asked him if I could talk to the manager. Jackson said, "he's still working on water tank". Question: Why would he still be working on the hot water tank an hour later if it was only out of hot water and just needed time to re-heat. So, Jackson basically lied to me. Anyways, thanks for reading this book. Very disappointed. Lots of better options for hotels in Bend. Safe travels.

Room had an interesting smell. We stayed two nights and cleaning the room had to be requested - when we did request it, they never refilled the body wash (which was empty when we first got there and we specifically requested it to be refilled) and they didn't make the beds (not a huge deal just something more standard in hotel cleanings I thought). Pillows were flimsy and small - they smushed them into squares which I thought was odd. Pool was decent and warm so that was probably the best part.

Pets were welcomed. Easy access to room and near the outdoor pet area.

Comfortable bed and a good night's sleep.

I had hairs on my pillows and dirty used washcloths hanging on the shower rod. The staff was very friendly

Hotel was very expensive and we definitely didn’t get what we payed for. We were looking forward to a nice sit in the hot tub after a 450 mile motorcycle only to be told it was broken. Breakfast was also limited and very disappointing. We will not be staying here again.

Room was ok, bed was comfy. It was a little disturbing that thebdoor have , at some point, been forced open. You could see the damage to the door and frame. Kind of made us not feel very safe.

Asked for a first floor and was accommodated

Hot tub was put a sign showing “temporally closed” for the whole time we stayed there (3 days), it obviously was not temporally. The room was smelly and dated. If you stay at the ground floor, the walking noise from upstairs would be very loud! Spring mattress makes big noise when flip over. Not enough hot water for shower for three people at a time. The good thing about this hotel: friendly and helpful staffs at front desk and the cafe. Nice breakfast, although it did not have many options but protein, veggie and fruit were offered, beyond my expectation!

Dirty. Towel with others' hair. Floor with dirts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel was not to the standard we are used to with La Quinta. No elevator and first floor was actually basement type rooms with updated bathroom, but our shower had leak in the ceiling with peeling paint and mold

Great location, groceries right across the road and the highway is very close. Good-sized refrigerator and microwave. Excellent breakfast buffet managed by a very nice man. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room barely ADA accessible for wheelchair.

Great place to stay in Bend. Location was great and convenient. Very spacious room.

The pet area is an area of dirt and weeds. Also you are not allow to leave your dogs in the rooms without you being there even if they are in crates. I was told multiple times it was a “non negotiable”.
