Nice staff, put extra pillows & blankets out as requested

Heard no traffic noise. Had nice visit.

Our room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. Front desk clerk was efficient and friendly.

This is an average place to stay. The stairs leading to #11,12 seem to be leaning as is the landing. Overall, the place is decent.

Beautiful building on the outside. Front desk staff wasn’t wearing shoes during business hours, and then he was out front smoking without shoes on a little later. Rooms are small and ours was infested with ants. No complimentary breakfast, etc. We would not return.

Waren für 2 Nächte hier. Sehr gute Lage, man kann zu Fuß in das Städtchen gehen. Zimmer war ruhig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The Internet was down when I called to talk to the front desk about it. They said they would work on it. I let an hour or so pass. They never responded to me. I called them back. They said there was no way to know which room I had called from and they had no way of fixing the Internet, but they hadn’t tried turning the router on and off like I had suggested. When they did that, I believe it started working for an hour and then it stopped again. I also let them know that the dishes in the room had Dried old food on them. They told me that they were sorry that shouldn’t have happened. But what I would’ve liked to have seen happen was them saying we will replace those with clean ones which they never did.

Pluses: It was a lovely location. My room had bay windows that looked out on pine trees - that was a highlight. It had a roomy kitchen. Minuses: The bathroom was tiny with zero counter space. The bed was too soft and the pillows were flat. There was no fan. For the price it beats motels on the highway. Very quiet in a great setting.

Cute, off the main drag place to relax. Quiet. Helpful staff two times over. A very worthy choice.

Great place and close to historic downtown Florence.

This property is well-maintained and well-loved. It is obvious the owners take pride in providing a clean, comfortable space for guests. There is no a/c, but the costal breezes at night are cool, allowing for a comfortable evening. The room was very clean. While there is no coffee pot, they will provide one upon request. The fridge is good size with a freezer.

Nestled in a serene setting, this beautiful home exudes tranquility. We truly enjoyed every moment spent there, creating lasting memories in such a peaceful atmosphere.

It was a nice, quiet place to stay that was walkable to shops and restaurants. When we checked in we were provided with recommendations on where to eat as well as cool things to do in the area! Will come again!
