The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. Huge shout out to Chris and Francisco for making us feel like family. I visit NYC several times a year and usually switch up hotels everytime. Never again, the Life Hotel woll be my.ho to hotel!

房間大，廁所浴室啱啱好，沖涼只有overhead shower。床好軟，房間冇樽裝水，冇熱水煲。融離房開熱水會聽到聲。但整體都乾淨，係隔音差少少

Check in was easy, the room was nice. But there are little things like checking out, i asked if the receipt would be mailed to me and I still have not received it days later. I do also wish there was a fridge and a coffee maker in the room.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The location was absolutely ideal, yet somehow sound-proofed so well that we weren't disturbed by any outside noise. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, the staff were all so pleasant and kind too. I really can't fault this hotel whatsoever. We will most certainly return on our next visit to New York!

Very unique stay in a renovated old New York building with a highest ceilings I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The rooms feel enormous because the rooms are practically two stories, including in the bathroom. Feels very old New York, but the rooms are very spacious. Overall, the room was very clean, but the bathroom had a lot of hair in it and needed a closer look to the details.

Great location to experience Midtown New York
The hotel is in an excellent spot, very close to key attractions like the Empire State Building, Flatiron Building, and Madison Square Garden. The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. I expected the room to be a bit better based on the photos—it was generally spacious, but the bathroom was very small. A higher level of cleanliness in the room would have been appreciated.
