This location is convenient to commute to my company.

Nice hotel and very good staff. Currently being remodeled. FYI - I could not find it listed on the Marriott Bonvoy website.

Hotel was too old for the price . lack of coordination between Marriott and Hotel.com on room charges. Next time I’ll deal directly with Marriott when booking my reservation

The property was under renovation, but I was not given any notice in advance. Mildew smell, cracked bathroom tiles, blood stain on the carpet, mattress was a dromedary, billed an extra $20/night for valet parking without notice, no room cleaning nor fresh towels until the night before my departure. Staff was very kind, but the stay was a train-wreck.

We stayed for 3 days, rwo nights. The hotel is in the middle of renovations. We did not have a renovated room so it had a little wear and rear but was.clean. service was.excellenr. The pool was.nice but there qas some mold.near the bottom on the walls and some leaves. The robot cleaner was stull at work at 7 am.

Would had been nice to have a notice that there was construction taking place and i had no vhouce but to use the valet.

Damn kids banging on doors at almost Midnight and making noise

Building has not been updated from the 90s. Booked a room for our wedding night and had to go home.

Hotel was nice but the construction was a mess. It was hard to figure out where to park or even how to get out of the parking lot.

How this is a “4 star hotel” is beyond me. I’m not even going to get into the construction- that is what it is. But the hotel is super gross inside, my pillows smelled like soured laundry; TWO SETS of pillows I’ll add till I had clean ones. Dingy, stinky, and outdated for simple terms. Only reason it’s not a 1 is because the door and valet men are very nice and professional as well as the front desk- you guys find another place to work, this place is a sinking ship.

After checking in, I loaded all of my belongings up to my room. There was no water. I called the front desk and they stated that there was a property wide outage and that they did not know when it would be back on. I needed to be at a meeting in an hour and needed to shower. I checked out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund. Larson Lloyd

The location was amazing. The hotel is under construction or remodel, so the staff was wildly disorganized, the room was not very clean, and the room we were in was not the remodeled side, so it was pretty poor quality all around. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower didn’t work properly, floors were very dirty and there was visible mold and water damage near the room door. Construction workers set off the fire alarms and the staff never came out to tell the guests if it was safe to return back inside. We missed our morning commitments due to the fire alarm making us delay. They state that it is valet-only parking, but the valet service attendant smelled absolutely awful and made our car smell terrible for the whole day. Nobody seems to know who is in charge. The friendliest and most helpful people were the cleaning staff. Luckily they comped our valet charges, but the whole stay was definitely not worth it. I’m sure it will be nicer after the remodel, but right now it is a disaster.

Always enjoy the facilities, the staff, and the service. But, the rooms could use a couple of changes. Looking forward to the renovations bringing more counter space in the bathrooms and softer mattresses.
