Check in was fast and friendly. The entire hotel was immaculate. However our AC in our room never cooled our room even at night. Overall 10/10 stay.

Had to wait 1.25 hours for the shuttle pickup from the airport when I was initially quoted 30-45 minutes. When I called back at 50 minutes the person on the phone made it sound like I was waiting in the wrong area for pickup. Once picked up the driver was great. For breakfast they are woefully understaffed. I came down for my paid for included breakfast and it took 30 minutes to get acknowledged and put in my drink order. After an hour still no drink or food. No fault to the bar tender/waiter, poor guy was the only one attending 10 people. After 1.75 hours of waiting my food came out but I had to leave to catch my flight. So no breakfast unless you have more than 2 hours to kill.

After a bad experience with flight delays and staying back, i was able to book a last minute room. It was a quick check in and out. The room was nice and clean.

The Hotel and staff were good and friendly but I had to wait 1.5 hrs to get airport transportation to the hotel. Not enough vans to hold the number of people going there. many other vans passed many times before Marriott South came to get me!

The check in clerk was not very welcoming she just kinda did nothing no conversation as well the other clerk no customer service lingo.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable , clean and had the basics to spend a good stay . Parking was easy and no charge for parking space that is a plus .

Beds were amazingly comfy! Hotel is nice and peaceful and quiet. Very clean too. Just wish there had been an outside pool and a microwave in our room. Otherwise, we will be staying there next time we visit the area!

The check-in process was quick and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet it was despite being close to the airport. The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and dining options, were top-notch. Location was perfect for easy access to the airport, and the shuttle service was very convenient. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the area.
