New clean room

This hotel was comfortable; the staff were friendly and accommodating. The amenities were satisfactory, with a microwave and fridge. However, a coffeemaker was not provided in the room, but there was coffee in the breakroom. The primary concern that I would like to see upgraded is the ventilation. The only breathable air was from the AC unit, and it seemingly had two temperature settings, either too warm or too cold. If feasible, providing a small window that opens, or a humidifier could provide a much more restful sleep and a more comfortable stay overall. Thank you for your hospitality; it is greatly appreciated!

On overnight business. What a nice hotel with all the amenities necessary to have a comfortable night. Great helpful staffed

Property itself was very nice and clean however not suitable for handicap! I booked a king size accessible and the bed and toilet was low! My husband has bad knees and fell trying to get off of the toilet. No injury! The hotel said all the accessible rooms were the same! This is the first in all my travel to have this problem!

This property was right at the metro station which was super convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location was great. The hotel was walkable to great shopping and food options. Unfortunately, the cable signal did not work in our room and there was no milk available at breakfast.

Kind and helpful staff members. Property is close to the Park and Ride to the beach and also has a beautiful trail beside it. We also enjoyed its close location to the outlets and the many restaurant choices nearby. The hotel was quiet and clean.

First, the good things: this is a cute little hotel and it's right by the Tanger outlets which is really convenient. There's a trail right behind for biking that links around to the beach. Breakfast is good, coffee 24/7 and the staff was nice. The rooms have everything you need, coffee pot, microwave, etc. Having said all that, we found a bug sitting on one of our bed's late the one evening, were unable to change rooms (due to it being packed), and due to some miscommunication/staff issues did not get housekeeping or a linen change. I had called the front desk, spoke to housekeeping on our floor, and spoke to someone about it again hours later, and I guess all the linens were being laundered (around dinner time). When I came back later that night, we still hadn't gotten new linens and I texted the number I had and offered to come pick them up. No response until after 11 pm, which at that point I was not feeling up to having someone come in or do it myself (I had spent the afternoon at urgent care/picking up meds). So all in all, cute hotel but mostly I wouldn't go back because if they are so short staffed they can't get linens then that seems to be a problem, especially for the price that you're paying to stay there!

Will not stay here again.
