Very good hotel close to everything and good customer service.

Great rates, clean, pretty new property and great service.

It has everything you need. Its quiet and clean.

ADA bathroom was nice, room clean. Lighting was so dim we needed to use our phone lights. It took 4+ hours for ice machine to make 8 ice cubes. Front desk could not provide ice for us. Mattress was very low to floor, it appeared to be just on bed frame, no box springs. Fire alarm went off and there was no refuge area for handicapped to call so we had to use elevator. Fire crew came @nd it appeared that the problem that occurred was ‘a repeat’ and has not been taken care of by the motel. Won’t be staying at any My Place in the future.

It was a fine place to land but the room smelled like pets- we didn’t have a pet so I wish they had put us in another room that was not used for people who had pets.

Within minutes of entering the room, I found multiple bugs near the window, on the ceiling, on the floor and in the bathroom. Went to inform the front desk and they said the manager was off this weekend and she would follow up with me on Monday. The hotel was totally booked so they could not give me a different room but they also offered zero solutions and didn’t even offer to have someone clean it agai. They said have pest control come out next week (which doesn’t help for my night I was here) Absolutely disgusted. The room was also VERY muggy and everything felt stick and smelled. Noisy all night with doors slamming and people running down the stairs. Never staying here again. Horrible experience.

Las camas están muy cómodas, el lugar super limpio, además que el servicio y la atención son excelentes. Manejan el late check out amplio y el ingreso al hotel en madrugada, jamás llegarás y te quedarás sin ser recibido…. Felicidades me gustó mucho este hotel!! Por supuesto ya es la tercera vez que reservo aquí

It was clean but the beds were very low and hard to adapt to...It was very uncomfortable for us as seniors with back problems.

It was a nice room. When I came in to check in and there was no one around for quite awhile. I was saying “Hello” no one came. I was not offered a free water bottle as shown on the video commercial I was standing there watching while waiting for someone to show up.

Need a continental breakfast and exercise room.

The lady that checked us in was amazing (I wish I remembered her name). She made the experience personal, connected & engaged with my 19 year old. She spoke highly of the hotel, beds, comfort, etc. The next morning cleaning staff was very noisy. We had a late check out at noon and had 3 people knock on our door before 11:30 (1 before the normal check out time).

Loved the store!

It was a nice place with fantatic staff and very clean with nice comfortable beds. The biggest drawback was how noisy it was. We were on the second floor and it sounded like people above us were syomping. Doors to the tooms always slammed close.

Hotel was in a good location. Just off the interstate and near a lot of businesses and the sports complex I was there for. Room was bigger than I expected with full refrigerator., stove top, work desk and tub/shower combo. I stayed 3 days and little disappointed there wasn’t room service on day 2 but no biggie.
