The bed is quite uncomfortable. Too soft and sinking deep inside all night along.

Room had cockroaches and ac didn’t work

Was not expecting what I booked the carpet was dirty bathroom seat was not stable beds were super low like on the floor and mattress was wore out. No elevator if you have a handicap condition definitely don’t recommend. Wouldn’t stay here again

Room was too hot, A/C would turn off then on throughout the night, room was a little run down, I was actually considering sleeping in my truck, definitely won’t be staying here again

Good for price

Bed was old and broken, stained and uncomfortable to sleep in. Woke up with a sore, mattress was heavenly worn down. Worst mattress ever.

Very happy with this visit all around. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, the room was absolutely amazing for the price, and it was in the perfect location for me and my partner to travel about and enjoy the town. Definitely going to be marking this place down for any further vacations down here. Thank you guys so much!!

We had to stay because there was no room at my in laws. Hotel room bathroom was dirty. Looked like it had dried mucus and dried poop on the wall of the bathroom. Walking down the stairs, a window sil had some chewed up gum on it right in the open

The maid service was great but other than that the hotel's not much

Dirty, disgusting, we had to leave the hotel and find another one. Of course no refund.

Honestly, I didn't like anything about this property. It did not have an elevator and would have made things very difficult for my sister (who uses a walker) had they not switched rooms for us from the second to the first floor. The room itself was dimly lit with fluorescent lights. The furniture was garage sale comparable. The refrigerator stopped working and all of our food spoiled.

We had an excellent day. Great customer service. Thank you.

Dirty

Place was awesome, staff very attentive and the food was great. But being a high end place and for the price, hearing the train every 4 hours or so in the day, hearing people yelling at night… made me question spending the money I spent there. Great view, nice room sure but the tranquility wasn’t there if you’re REALLY looking to relax. Just my opinion, if your into bar hopping and the night life go for it. If you’re looking for peace, it’s not worth the money.
