Loved our stay here, newly renovated rooms. Right on the beach with ocean views. Beach is a short walk. Has no breakfast but has tons of dining options within 2 min walking distance. 10/10 would recommend it!

Didn’t like being on 2nd floor with noisy people footsteps above us late at night and early hours of the morning. Recommend top floor next time.

We paid for two ocean view rooms and got one ocean view room and another with a view of the dumpster and no view.
they couldn't get another ocean view room since they were fully booked. I will not be using Expedia ever again.

Most rooms face the beach. Walkable to shopping, dining and other activities like go karts and putt putt golf. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Noise level very low to none despite there being a Kite Festival during our stay. Front desk staff was friendly and professional during check in.

Lobby closes at 8pm but still had access.
Our room floors were bad and lifting. Shower drain was backed up. AC was very loud but cold. Furniture was run down and worn.

Although this hotel may be somewhat dated, don't allow that to impact your decision to stay. The hotel was clean, conveniently located and the staff was fantastic.
I recommend staying on the 3rd floor for better views etc.
This was my first visit to Long Beach and I loved it.
