奧斯納宮殿旅館

以前看到过评论说吵，不信邪还是订了这个旅馆。本来预订了两个晚上的住宿，第一天晚上很累，11点倒头便睡。但是半夜12点被突然惊醒，发现是卫生间的水管里发出的冲水的轰隆隆的声音，以为是隔壁的抽水马桶声音，觉得也无妨，一晚上最多两三次吧。可是根本不是这么回事，发现没过10来分钟，水管里就是轰隆隆的，每次刚一睡着，就被弄醒，估计整栋楼的下水道都经过这个房间。后来根本就无法入睡了。早上迷迷糊糊起来去办事，下午2点回来，想想实在不能继续再住下去，就去退房，两天的房费是无法退的了。告知旅馆的印度老板娘房间很吵，她一脸不相信，说要是吵的话，别人会说的，没人说过，是我自己太敏感了。没法说，走路，损失一晚上的旅馆费，改住别的旅馆了。记得好像当时是#2房间，入住的时候要求改到离马路远一点的房间，她说没了，其实后来我发现空房间不少。再也不会选择这个旅馆入住 Supper noisy! couldn't fall asleep for the whole night!

A cheap hotel cheap. Upkeep mstters. The entrance to my hotel room was a sticky mess.

The hotel is in a rough part of town and of course someone was knocking on a door loudly at 1:30AM. This type of hotel has its place but if you are traveling to Oxnard for the national park stay somewhere safer and nicer.

Could use some minor repairs but otherwise totally fine. After all the negative reviews I was concerned. No need, we’d stay here again easily.

Overall, it offered everything I was looking for at a reasonable price- full kitchen with full size fridge and cook top stove w/oven, microwave and sink. The AC worked well and it was an 8min walk from the conference I was attending. The hotel does ask for a $50 cash deposit on top of your lodging fee. As far as cleanliness in the room, it could have been cleaner, but the bed was comfortable and water was hot, so I can overlook that. I'd deffintely reccommend The Palace Inn Oxnard if you're traveling on a budget and saving money on dining in.

DIDN"T LIKE THE BED BUGS!!!!!

No ice machine, no hangers. I get it its cheap, but no ice machine? And hotel description said "pool bar". Beware no pool and no bar.

I am really not sure how to express my experience with this property but will do my best to put everything. Checkin ———— - When we reached he asked for the identification card and CC. After everything verified he gave me a paper where I need to fill my personal details. When I asked like what is this for, the first thing he asked me is, are you first time staying in a hotel. In Room Experience —————————— - We entered the room, and it was terrible smoking smell and when we told him about the smell, he is aggressively denied. When my wife asked for a room freshener, he denied to give that as well. - All the towels are smelly and not cleaned properly. - Basic and kitchen sink water was not flowing. - Toilet flush was not working. - There was no ion in the room and when we asked for that he denied to give. - Not even a single basic stuff inside the kitchen, when we asked for some pots and pans for us to cook, he got angry and denied to give us as well. Behavior ———— - My son went and asked for help about the kitchen water is blocked, his wife started shouting at my son. - My wife went and asked for about the kitchen sink water is blocked and we can not cook or clean stuff. He and his wife started arguing with her and he used bad words for me wife. - when I reached and asked about the incident, he called police which is true or false I don’t know because he was inside the office and did not let us come in. When asked him when cop is coming, he disconnected my call

Noisy neighborhood, no ice lots of little problems

It was spot but little scary place for kids .

The rooms were dirty and stained. The staff said nothing; they just gave me a form to fill out and handed over the key. My dad couldn't sleep in his room because the room next door had the TV on loud all night with thin walls. We would never stay here again.

Bad area. Lamps were broken and lightbulbs caked with burnt dust. Not worth the price.

this place was absolutely terrible and not as advertised. the room smelled like cigarettes, the parking lot was filled with sketchy activity, and many of the residents in the rooms seemed to have been living there for weeks. there was junk and garbage from the street everywhere in the parking lot. the staff was extremely unpleasant and when i brought up how uncomfortable and unsatisfied i felt with the room, they said “well you only paid x amount, what do you expect.” it was inhumane and i ended up not staying in the room. when asked if i could receive a least a portion of what i paid back, since all i did was check in and informed staff i wouldn’t be staying in the room, they completely refused. this place needs to be shut down and condemned.
