The location is perfect. One receptionist is ?very aggressive. Your hotel should definitely improves the training of the receptionists, or I am not staying here anymore.

Very clean

Loved our stay at this hotel! It’s close to everywhere we wanna go. Feels like a safe area even walking at 1 or 2 AM from Times Square. Price seems fair specially we stayed here at the peak of summer time and lots of events happening on the week we stayed. Hotel is pretty clean and staff are nice. Loved that they have a storage area for luggages. Had to store our stuff for a few hours before check in and a few hours after check out. So no time wasted sitting in the lobby because of our luggages waiting for our room to be ready and was able to go out for lunch and a quick stroll at Central Park before heading to the airport after the noon checkout. Overall a great stay and will be back with our kids next time. Only complain is the AC doesn’t seem to get that cold even in the lowest setting. But maybe it’s just me coz I like the room to be freezing cold specially after a hot day of walking around the city. And the shower curtain is kind of annoying coz it’s not long enough that some water gets out of the tub. But very minimal stuff.

Very close to so many sites. Loved the location for this. Close to subway and walking distance to central park and times square. We had no view with our room so that sucks and the walls are thin so we could hear the neighbors often. Didnt love the extra night fee cause we didnt use any of the *perks* it gave. We flew into Newark so the cab cost to the airport was 120.00 there then again back.

The first room we were in smell like a wet dog . They were able to put us in another room but second room the shower smell mildew. We cold not control the thermostat. We asked for extra towel and blankets it never came. The final gave us the blanket on our last night. The phone in our room did not work which makes it harder to request for service. The room is nice and big and the location is great but everything else is terrible.

Ottima soluzione, hotel comodo per visitare il centro di Manhattan. Central Park è molto vicino. La nostra camera necessitava di un po' di manutenzione ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

One of our favorite hotels in NYC - super convenient location near Central Park. The rooms are spacious and pricing is good for the area.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, will never stay again. We travelled as a family of 4 (two young kids). Booked the room 8 months in advance and arrived at 8.30pm, after 12 hours of travelling, to be told our room wasn't available. Past the initial surprise of this, what was more shocking was the blunt and rude nature of the staff. With zero empathy they wanted us to walk around for 2 hours or check in to one king size room. In addition there were not enough towels in the room we eventually did get, the hotel bar was dirty, luggage check took half an hour and were awoken on two different night to noisy rooms. Seriously, every front of house member of staff were appalling in nature (cleaning and luggage staff were lovely), we couldn't believe how we treated throughout. Whereas all other hotel staff on our trip, and general people in NYC, were welcoming and polite. In summary, all this place has to offer is great location. Everything else is no way near the value you have to pay to stay here.

When we arrived for our stay, our original two bed room was not available. They did get us into a one king room for the evening, then we moved to a two bed the next day. Although it was an inconvenience, the service desk made up for it by waiving our resort/service fees and providing free breakfast and dinner with their sister hotel.
