Great views

This property has a great location. Our room was very close to beach access. There is convenient shops and restaurants nearby.

Well organized, clean, quite, beautiful view!

View amazing! Room very nice! Security great. Chair rental and umbrella rental annoying (We pay for the private beach access, but there are so many chairs set up to rent smack dab in front of the water you have to stand in the water to enjoy the beach).

I did like the pools and the beach. What I didnt like was the description of the condo I was given when I booked this trip through Expedia. The condo had cockroaches, and the description said it had a washer and dryer in condo. It did have the washer and dryer but the door was locked and I was told from Panhandle Getaways that the condo was not advertised with a washer and dryer. Then they do not provide beach towels at all. We are at the beach, how can they not offer beach towels. The amount of money paid for the condo should cover the $5 per beach towel, I had to purchase at the surf shop. Then, the toilet paper holder broke on the first day, and when I spoke with panhandle people I did tell them I wanted to be notified when they wanted to come in and fix it since there was not a safe in the room. They entered the room and fixed it without letting me know they were entering the room. This property is also not advertised that you can not get any assistance like towels, toilet paper, literally anything. The panhandle people did bring some trash bags and toilet paper after I complained. But I do feel these are things I shouldnt have had to request.

Not worth the money, but okay. Out dated appliances and also had glass table tops. Also the fact you pay to go to the beach but can’t have tent or e-z ups

I did not like that they couldn’t give us a roll of toilet paper. They wanted us to purchase it. Also the shower curtain in the one bathroom had mold on it.

Everything was great overall, it would just be much better if staff at receptionists would treat third party’s booking same way as if it was done through them.

The view to the ocean was great. Pretty much what I paid for apparently. The room was in much need of a deep cleaning. Splatters on the walls. Floor was gross. Area rugs need to be replaced. Shower was dirty. The room was not what I was expecting. Pictures on the website were deceiving. Not at all what I got.

Room 1011 was on the corner so the view was amazing. We were able to see the Thursday fireworks from the hallway. The place was clean and comfortable. The cons…the bedroom is by the hall trash chute which which was loud. There is a sign to not use it at night but people still do and it woke us up every time. Also, there were only 4 elevators, on that side of the provides one laundry

The elevators were out of order for a large part of our stay, which was incredibly inconvenient for most of the guests.

Great Location on Furst Floor Just over the Pool with a Beach and Ocean View😎

It's crazy to spend the money to stay here and the hot tub and pool close at dusk.

The condo is cute for a couple, but was very small and it was way overpriced. $3000 was kind of steep for what we rented.

I really didn't like being told that we had to wear a wrist band for our entire vacation, like we're teenagers at a club. The staff seemed really unhappy with life in general. The room smelled moldy when we arrived but wasn't too bad once we opened the balcony doors. There was a surprising amount of cookware which was nice. The tiki bar was good but I never found the cafe.

I was given an access code to the property. I made an attempt call the front desk of the resort to explain that the access code was not working when we arrived, then the front desk told me i needed to call expedia, bc i booked with a 3rd party I needed to call expedia to get the access code (again), which mind you I already had it. But it was not working. I then called Expedia and they told me they needed to to contact the resort as well. Neither parties were helping I waited over an hr and no one could help. I then called the number on the door which was another number for the resort. And that actually helped bc the gentleman had to RESET the code since the first code that was provided to me did not work. It only needed to be reset! The fact thatthe staff at the front desk of the resort did not explain that to me, and kept referring me to the Expedia was upsetting. The gentleman who i finally spoke to knew that the door access code have issues as times but no one else would elaborate that to me.

Someone in the property next door or above us was drilling on the floor and it was very unpleasant as the noise was everyday t he at we were there. Also our apartment needed better maintenance as the shower glass door was having issues, the tv in the master bedroom was falling off the wall, and 2 elevators were not working so it would take long every time we needed to go up or down. I was not satisfied with the stay.

This condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean was amazing! Definitely recommend.
