Poplar Point Condo Unit 12E - Three Bedroom Condo

I booked a "condo" to accommodate my family and extended family for a family members funeral we were in town for in August 2019. Upon arriving the establishment looking nothing like the photos. The front door and outside smelled strongly of smoke. The carpet inside looked 20+ years old and had pet stains and smells all over it. The couch was torn and ripped with fabric missing all over it. The bathroom baseboards had black mold on them and smelled of urine. The bathroom sink was clogged and full of black gunk. The blinds were broken and pieces were missing. Since we had arrived late at night we cleaned the place the best we could and threw blankets over the couch. We didn't have the time or energy to relocate 10 people to another establishment so we roughed it out since it was a short stay and we would be gone most of the time. We called and complained and had the sink unclogged at the least. When we called after our stay and asked for a refund they would not accommodate us in anyway and didn't apologize for the uncleanliness and how unacceptable it was. I am very unhappy with our stay and DO NOT recommend putting your family or friends here if you care about their health. The host want your money and do not care about being a professional & clean business.
