I would call this place at the bottom of the "Hotel" spectrum. The hotel sits on a busy, noisy street. The bathroom sink was 'outside' the bathroom, next to the room door. A slight smell of mold was noted. Most disappointing were the thin walls and the loud, cursing people partying in the room next door delaying any attempt to fall asleep. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the TV, refrigerator, and AC all worked well.

The room were not clean like the floor was dusty when we arrived in room at 11pm. Breakfast was ok...just waffles and bread and juices , and coffee... Microwave was not working. The only good thing was that they allowed us somewhat more time for checkout around 12 to 1 pm ..... Area nearby was good .

The staff is very friendly and kind.

The floor has so many stains and it was dusty. Breakfast was just cereal, waffle and bread. I would not recommend this place.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient — just one bus ride away from the Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. We had the same items every day: pancakes, white bread, tea, coffee, yogurt, and bananas. It would have been nice to see more variety in the breakfast offerings.

The property needs improvement and cleaning. Bed sheets were stained, walls were dirty seemed like mold. When I asked if I could change from rooms they said bed sheet were all stained. when we got to the second room sheet s where okay but window was broken, curtains ripped and bathroom licking . I mentioned in the front desk snd they listened but never did anything about it.

Room was clean but bathroom needed updates. Very basic breakfast, no sausages and eggs. Too many people due to the Labor Day weekend, it was kind of noisy but there were stores around. Easy parking, staff was friendly.

Rooms were DIRTY, broken fixtures in bathrooms, good thing there were plungers in the bathrooms. pool area was dirty and the water was cloudy. The free breakfast was a joke to say the least. Overall cleanliness was poor. Dirty parking lots. Overall I would highly recommend choosing a different hotel. The staff was friendly.

Room is old and smells bad. Sink is clogged. Breakfast was included but it definitely was not worthy of $260.

Spider web in the rooms. Bathroom toilet flush doesn’t stop .Its full of bleach smell. Floor is not clean it’s black.I have took pictures of it for review.

Location was good. Musty odor in room. Floors were very dirty my socks and feet got black. Staff was not welcoming at checkin. Bfast area is too small for hotel suze. Most of the breakfast area in lobby was empty but only few tables setup. Many guests ate bfast standing up.

The rooms were clean , but the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling in the rest of the room was dirty. Our room was not completely guest ready we needed towels and toilet paper when we arrived.

First of all, I actually wanted to book Quality Hotels and suites but due to same names, I ended up booking this place. I did call Expedia customer service for cancellation but they didn’t cancel it. So, I had to spend a night there. Place was quiet old and I could see the dirt on table and lamps. Also, towels were not completely clean. I would say, it was one of the terrible place I had stayed.

You used to have good breakfast. No reason to coming there again
