Old property so needs some renovations. Some rooms smell like smoke.

We had a great stay ! Stay was very friendly . Breakfast was decent for a free meal . The carpet could use some updating in the room I had but other than that no complaints. It was close to Marshall University which was the main goal .

The staff at the Quality Inn in Huntington, WV were very nice and very helpful. This review is not a reflection on them. The low rating I'm giving this hotel has to do with how dirty our room (rm 315) was. When we opened the door upon arrival, there was an overwhelming smell that greeted us. The carpet was so stained and dirty that neither my mom, daughter, or I felt comfortable taking our shoes off. On one of the walls there were brown splash marks from possibly coffee or another brown substance. The room felt dirty and grimy. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We did speak with another guest and they said that the rug in their room was not stained, so likely some of the rooms are fine, but I would request not to stay in room 315 if you plan to stay here.

Horrible stained disgusting carpet. Giant stain!! Bedding blanket had holes in it!! Tv is was soooo old and small with a horrible picture! DO NOT stay here!

It was really nice

There were bugs crawling around in room. We found a metal nail in the hot tub. The carpet in room needed scrubbed. Breakfast was embarrassing. Beds and pillows were comfortable though.

The carpet in our room was incredible stained as well as one of our beds. The pillows and sheets were dirty and we had to strip that bed and use a blanket to sleep on/with. When checking out, no one was at the front desk so it said to call with the phone on the wall, but that phone wasn’t working. We left our key in the counter with hopes it meant we checked out before 10.

Carpet in room was filthy , toilet was clogged ( not by us ). Door keys would not work , staff very helpful but had to use master key to get us in. Pool and hot tub filthy . Stayed here a year ago and had no issues like this at all.

Very friendly and helpful desk attendant. Room is spacious and clean, but a renovation would be nice. Really fine for the price.

It definitely needed a refrigerator. Better cleaning staff for the people using the pool. Water was constantly all over the floor to and in the elevator.

Worth the money.

not offered a WIFI passcode, check in staff was not rude, but did not care I was checking in, marginal quality room, clean sheets, but mattress needed changing out, art?? nope, breakfast was there but that is all I will say for it, and not even a TV guide (OK, picky).

The employees was so nice to us the room was very clean and access to the pool and gym was convenient we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
