There appear to be a large number of long-term residents who congregate in the parking lot and basically act like it's home to them. Slamming doors late into the evening. The breakfast is barely average and the coffee way too strong. Cable TV choices very limited. The service was casual but accommodating.

Very good & solid experience. Good value. Clean. Would stay there again.

The internet is horrible and the front desk doesn’t seem to care so I guess that isn’t awesome. I have to use my own data to plan on top of paying for a hotel? Again, it’s bad and no one who works cares, you won’t get any resolution. They won’t attempt to reboot or fix it. That’s been my latest experience.

Stayed for a night for a game at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Typical Quality Inn. Check in was easy and staff were all friendly. Breakfast was lacking but ok. Needed more protein options.

We didn’t even stay ten minutes. My kids felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I’m still fighting to get our money refunded. I was very disappointed.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom looked like it was just remodeled but was finished as the tiles didn't go all the way to the tub. The bathroom door did not even shut all the way and would make noise when used. The breakfast was good.

I guess we got what we paid for: a mediocre hotel. It appears to be undergoing an upgrade, as the carpeting is new. The furniture in our room was far from new, showing lots of wear. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby/breakfast area needs a deep cleaning, including cabinets, windows, flooring. Breakfast had minimal offerings. This property is a “once, and done” for us.

Rooms were fine with some minor things that could use attention, and were fairly quiet. Outstanding service from Se Vontae at the front desk who was very accommodating. Looked like breakfast was limited, but did not eat there.

Hotel was not the cleanest. Comforter had blood and stains on it. Walls and ceiling were dirty. Breakfast if you want to call it that was pretty sad. Bathroom is super small. Not sure how this hotel has a 9/10 rating.

Check-in was easy and pleasant with a fantastic front desk man. He was very helpful and insightful about the town. The room was just as pictured. The location was near restaurants and felt safe. It was a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

Room smells and very musty. Asked to be moved completely sold out.

No hot chocolate and only 2% milk....great otherwise

Toilet leaked.

Limited breakfast items. Room was very dark withdark, brown, blackout curtains that could not be opened because the parking lot was right there. I had to ask for my refrigerator to be turned up because it was not cold enough. It had to be pulled out access dial on the back.
