Overall, the hotel was very comfortable with an excellent customer service. Also, breakfast was hot and delicious providing different alternatives.

Nice rooms pool was open, fresh towels each day and friendly staff.

Place was clean, staff was friendly, cleaning crew was attentive for a fair price.

On the budget friendly side. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. About what you’d expect but they kept it well stocked. Coffee seemed better than normal. Pool was big and clean. Hot tub was nice. Only complaint was the tv occasionally froze up right in the middle of a show.

Front desk woman was soooooo nice and friendly and delightful. You should pay her more.

Room was disgusting. Smelt moldy/stale almost like dirty feet our luggage that we set on the floor/carpet still smells. Bathroom and shower were nasty and the shower head had black (mold) on the head. AC kept going off and wouldn’t stay on or cool what you set it to. First night our room smelt like pot from either neighbors or someone smoking it outside our room. Key entry had to be finessed to work. Bums all around the perimeter of the place. It did have a fenced in perimeter. Price if paid through them would have been $30 cheaper a night than through Expedia. Staff were nice but overall we picked this because it had a 8/10 rating. It most definitely was not a 8/10. Definitely won’t be back.

Bed was very comfortable with pillow too layer,, ac alittle noisy.

We stayed here last year as well. Still a great experience. Staff was super friendly. Room smelled clean when we checked in. Only downside, One of the beds was rock hard, and the room could use a little updating. But over all, I would stay there again no questions.

Staff was wonderful during check-in. Beds were super comfy. Our 3 year old really enjoyed the pool.

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were nicely kept. And I the only issue I had was my door key sometimes would not work, but other than that it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to someone in the future.

This hotel provides everything you would hope for at a good price - free breakfast, pool, essentials you may have forgotten, etc. Here is some more information about specifics: Pool: Having it indoors was nice, but the water was not very clean during our stay. The water wasn't clear enough for my kids to see their dive toys and there was a giant clump of hair floating around. Breakfast: This was good. The selection was nice, and the food tasted good. A larger assortment of fresh fruit would be nice. There were mostly apples, and the banana went quickly. Room cleanliness: This was decent. Not amazing, but decent. The only main issue was we used the sofa bed, and there were crumbs in it that we needed to brush away. Smoking: This is a smoke-free hotel. However, a lot of the clientele seemed to be smokers. It wasn't ever an issue except by the pool. The sliding doors opened to the patio area, and some guests were smoking on the patio. The problem is that the patio is too small for it to be a smoking area, so the indoor pool area started to smell like cigarettes. Staff: Every staff member was amazing. Very kind and helpful. Can’t say enough about them. Location: This hotel is located near the freeway and is close to many things. However, the only entrance to the parking lot is in a very difficult place to access. There is a tiny sign next to a Carls Jr that is the only access point. It was confusing to find and traffic patterns made it hard to access the main road.
