I had no issues. I booked this last minute after leaving an unsafe and dirty hotel. I was amazed when I got there the a room was ready even with the short notice. All of the staff were very pleasant. The room was clean.

Amazing customer service I can’t remember the names of the female and male that took care of us at the front desk but they were super attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to show us other activities around the hotel to enjoy! 15 out of 10 stars just for them alone! Thank you guys will def come back!

Extraordinary view from your own private balcony. If I would have had to sleep out there on the bare concrete, I would have been satisfied.
Room was spotless, bed comfy, have no complaints.

When I checked into the hotel the supervisor Laura Anderson approved a late check out and on the day of check out I called the front desk and spoke with Taeja who informed me that the supervisor did not put in the late check out and she rudely informed me that the late check out list was full.

It was difficult to get to from the interstate. Restaurants weren't open at convenient times and horribly expensive. Not safe to walk nearby to anywhere else to eat.
The hotel needs remodeling desperately and the rooms were not clean.

I reserved a 2 bedroom with roll in shower. I checked in and went to my room and was florn about the sardined canned poorly made beds who had looked like someone literally just got up off of them. So I walked right back out and went down to request an upgraded king bed suite and was denied which let to argument between staff and I because I had a service animal and he said policy would not allow pets higher then the fourth floor and a king suite was not available. I informed him that he was not a per that he was a working service animal and I needed accomodations for him and I. He continued to insist on arguing with me about my SD being my pet. But proceeded with a smart remark by accomodating me anyway he though and I quite " I dont have to". I simply politely told him thank you. But still yet when I went to the new room there was one chair and zero tables but a desk with the tv on it. Seemingly ridiculous and completely uncomfortable. I ordered a room not a place to lay in bed during my stay. No chairs no tables just one chair a color or bed. HORRIBLY uncomfortable stay. But as I recall my last stay I enjoyed it but once again still no tables or chairs. To me I find this, for the cost and type of hotel, plain out unacceptable and a regret that will not happen again.

The location was okay. This was by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The freeway noise could be heard loudly through the windows. We were never given Wifi info and the guest wifi was awful. Had to go to a coffee shop to use my computer. The other residents slammed doors all night. The pluses were that it was very easy to get around. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The pool was very nice. Never tried the restaurants as there was no room service offered to us but others said the food was very good.

Service was excellent. If you called because you needed something, the staff was at the door while you still had the phone in your hand. Very attentive and friendly staff. I would stay there again, and highly recommend it.

I had a great stay! Everything was up to par and met my expectations. When I had an issue with the AC not working properly, the staff quickly upgraded me to a new room, which I really appreciated. Excellent service overall—I’d definitely stay here again!

It is unprofessional to have extremely photos of the hotel on the website. We arrived to see dirty doors and walls. Desk tops with striped wooden tops, and flying bugs crawling on the curtains in the rooms.
The only bonus for this property was the managers willingness to allow us to cancel all three rooms without charge. Please do better!

The view was beautiful. My boyfriend and I came to stay here following a concert and we had a wonderful experience. The bed was very comfortable and made our nights sleep a restful one. We have already talked about making another trip soon

There was water slowly dripping from the ceiling in my room on the 15th floor, probably from an ac unit above but there was also water dripping on to the balcony
