It’s a place to rest your head

The lady at the front was very rude. The hotel is so dirty. They charged $200 for incidentals not even the Hilton Doubletree does that this is not a hotel is a motel.

Room was clean. Beds were not the most comfortable but okay. Rooms smelled a little of smoke but I don't know if that was from recent usage or just old musty smells.

Great stay, friendly staff and clean rooms

I reserved 3 night stay for my tenant. I gave the supervisor my information as I am the one paying for the rooms because my tenant has the cancer. The supervisor calls me and tells my more than 2 occasions that my tenant doesn’t look like she cancer. On top of that she said “those people” are known to cause normal wear and tear and there will be an additional cost. She yelled at my tenant to take the stairs and not the elevator. Mind you my tenant showed her proof she was disabled. She made my tenant very uncomfortable and refused to give us her supervisor information.

Bathroom floor tile was broken and unattached to floor!

An expensive and ugly hotel. housekeeping started knocking on my door at 8am an then at 10am even though check out was at 11am. The lady was rude. The lobby looks horrible it makes you feel that it’s still in the time of COVID. During check out I witnessed how the manager scolded and berated, shouting angering at two non English speaking employees for not brooming correctly the parking lot. This should have been done in private not in front of me. A complete lack of respect and tact. I do not roccomend this hotel avoid it if you can, the Ramada brand is not represented in any way there. Not in the service and not in the facilities.

The location was by a main street so it was pretty loud. The room has a distinct damp smell and it's pretty old. You get what you pay for. It was fine for an overnight stay but wouldn't recommend if it's a vacation.

Besides the 200$ deposit which I thought it was pretty high(and I got it back thank you), this was a pretty good place for the price. Good location.

Their shower soaps were empty. Called them to get them refilled but no one showed up. So i gave up.

Bathroom was not cleaned and room had a mold smell. Bed was made and staff was friendly

The property was misrepresented as being an enclosed facility was not. Not in a good neighborhood. Did not look like shown. When arriving i did not feel safe. The company does not care still charged fir toom due to their policy. Guess safety is not a priority. The staff was rude. Would not give correct answers in call before arrival. Many issue. Will not stay at a ramada ever.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Considering the age of the property, it was in fairly decent shape. Website advertised breakfast, but no breakfast.

I didn’t like being told that I had to pay a deposit of $200 if by card I had to use my debit and it wouldn’t be returned for over two weeks I also didn’t like all of the posting of demand and conditions in the lobby like we were at a low budget pay by the hour place as well as being told a list of asinine rules we felt uncomfortable and bullied and to top it off there was suppose to be coffee fruit and muffins in the lobby in the morning and there was nothing excuse being there was nothing restocked
