The staff was great. The front desk remembered my name and welcomed me every time I entered the hotel. Staff kept asking if there was anything I needed to let them know. The breakfast staff noticed my limited accessibility needs, they provide me a tray to assist me getting my food to the table and the also offered to carry my food or assist in anyway that they could.

we enjoyed our stay. The second floor was nice. I think there was a large group staying on our floor that did get a little loud. It wasn't a bother to us, but I can't speak for the rest of the visitors. The breakfast was good, but adding Bacon would make it excellent. The hotel was the perfect distance from Dollywood. It was easy to get to. My daughter counted all the accidents that happened on the busy street in front of the hotel.

I wish there was a non smoking patio area. I enjoy sitting outside, but I could not enjoy with all of the smokers.

The room seemed damp from the air conditioning. The carpet in the room could use a shampooing. The sign said heated pool but it most definitely was not, and the sauna did not work. But it was a cheap room to stay in. We did not spend much time there since we were on vacation and were busy on the go.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the breakfast choices they offered. The only negative thing was, the room was very humid and left the sheets feeling damp. We would still return and stay again!

Our stay was great this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel we always enjoy the stay. This time we notice some updates which were nice but the beds are not as comfortable as they used to be and they do not appear to be an actual queen size bed more like a full so if you stay here get a king size bed and the toilets your almost sitting on the ground they are so low but other than that it was great and sammy was an absolute pleasure to deal with on our check out she was amazing.

Only ate breakfast one day of the two that we were here. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bread for toast, 3 kinds of juices, yogurt, instant hot cereal. The bead was comfortable but the pillows were to soft in my opinion. There were lots of places to go to eat dinner.

The gazebos were nice. Lots of common space to gather if with a group. Concierge was never there; even the times we were told he'd be there. Made a special trip back to the hotel to get free tickets for The Island...not there. The juice machine was broken first day during breakfast. Front desk staff not as customer service oriented as I would expect and what I am used to. The pool didn’t look "right" to any of us. Shower was clean but looked dirty due to rust stains. Rooms need to be remodeled. Bed was not comfortable. Some kind of weird frame that flopped at the bottom. A/C was not on so it was extremely hot in our room when we arrived. Luggage cart seemed as if it could fall apart...didn’t roll very good. Breakfast was pretty good. Probably won't stay there again, but I am sure there are worse places. I felt like all of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was pretty run down.

why are the toilets so low to the floor for adults? just horrible to have to bring in seats to add to toilets.

Hotel is always clean and affordable. We only stay here when we visit pigeon forge. Breakfast always has a nice selection to choose from.

Good location. Very friendly and clean amenities. Would stay again.
