Dirty and some flies in the room, there are hairs left on the bed and pillows,the wallpaper is broken, and homeless stayed at the hotel door who will ask you for money.

Nice place and reasonable price. Comfortable with good bed.

Nicely located and good facility. The area around had restaurants and good coffee places within a 15 min walk.

No hot water when we checked in. The room i got had no pictures but the rest of the online pictures looked pretty decent. Got to my room and it was way outdated minus an updated tv. It was gross

Our room had a leaky shower. And the bathroom also had a hole in the wall where the fixture used to be with exposed wire and cob webs in the lighting fixture . The pool was not heated but it was clean. The hotel was very pet friendly that was a plus and the staff was friendly.

Great stay for going back and forth to hospital.

Wasn’t expecting much, but was overly disappointed by our short visit. Arrived late after driving for over 10 hours. Waited in line for checkin for over 30 min with 2 people in front of us. Got to our room. Nothing special, but hair in shower and on sink, floor felt dirty too. Tried to take a shower but no hot water would come on. Tried for 10 minutes then called front desk. Told to keep trying, needed to heat up on demand system. Offered to change rooms but it was 1 am, no more suites available like our room and we had people sleeping already, so switching rooms wasn’t an option. Tried again and still no hot water. Had to shower in frozen cold water. Did no receive a discount or anything. Horrible stay for an 8 hour sleep. We checked in and out in 8 hours. Will not be staying at a Red Lion Inn again.

Clean, nice room. But no ice on the 2nd floor told the person in the front but he still didn't fix it. That's the only bad review. But overall good for family stay.

Our go to place in Eureka. Lotsa rooms, 24 hour coffee in lobby, huge parking area, close to places to snack and eat.

The morning staff was great, i haven't had time to meet the night crew yet hope they are great as well

We did not plan ahead and needed a place to stay on the 4th of July. This gem of a propert had a room open at a decent price! The front desk staff had no customer service skills or information on the breakfast offered or pool. We were able to see the fireworks from our room which was a great suprise. The breakfast was horrible very few options and messy.

It’s a great location and great hotel. Staff was quick and easy to work with. However, it’s unfortunate Eureka isn’t a safe walking area anymore, and the transients yelling all night or a dog barking in another room kept me awake

I would have given this Red Lion five stars except for two things: First, the front desk staff didnt seem very friendly or professional. No one cracked a smile or made us feel welcome. It just seemed like they were going through the motions, and well as a seasoned traveler I pick up on these things. Second, I’ve literally never heard of a hotel that doesn’t provide housekeeping services for three days. I’ve heard of daily or every other day but even when we asked for more towels, the front desk said the housekeepers are off shift and told me I could come down and get them. That’s a turnoff. Plus I asked for soap twice and got the same runaround. It’s ridiculous they don’t have daily housekeeping or even every other day. Shameful. That said, the rest of our stay was comfortable. I’m not entirely sure I’d stay here again. I may or may not give it another try but I’m leaning towards no right now. It’s a shame because I wanted to like this place.

The family suite is very spacious and big. Good bathroom. Two mirrors. Beds need an upgrade, wearing out but ok. Our room was quiet. The refrigerator didn't get very cold. Overall, a good stay!
