I recently had the pleasure of staying at Red Roof for a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the friendly staff. The hotel's ambiance is simply exquisite, with tastefully decorated rooms that offer both comfort and luxury. My room was impeccably clean. Last but not least, I would like to commend the hotel's staff for their exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect..

Traveling with a senior dog to see specialist. They were very accommodating, gave me a ground floor room so I did not have far to carry her. The large room could not have been cleaner or more comfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel after a long day of driving. It was pet friendly which is what we need since we had a dog with us. The rooms AC worked perfectly along with the mini refrigerator. If in the area again, we would happily stay again. Thank you for the great nights rest!!!!

Its a really bad experience that I had ever lived in. I'm a foreigner,I had stayed in many different hotel.Its the first time I had been charged. I go to Texas for my trip from ST.Louis,I stayed one night at June 1st.After that day ,when Im in Texas ,I saw there is $25 charged in my credit card from Red Roof.I was comfused about it.When we back to Little Rock again, this time I stayed in Qulity Inn next to Red Roof. In June 10th,I go to Red Roof for asking $25,they said after we check out,the towel only has two! Its really wild about this.Fisrt I didnt took it,Second I even dont know how many towel when I check in,no custermer would check about the towel without the list.When we ask manager for this,she just say the towel was gone. Im really mad about this!I dont accept but I know because of a foreigner and without using America credit,whatever I said or do,it wont change anything about it. What I knew is you wont had me to stay in Red Roof again.

La cama limpia resto habitación no. La persona del front desk pidió tarjeta y cargo de nuevo la habitación. No quizo dar comprobante y a la fecha después de 2 meses (1 jun) no le han devuelto el cargo realizado a mi esposo en sitio quien utilizó el servicio. Y ha hecho la queja por escrito al hotel. A pesar q se les proporcionó comprobante de expedía de reservación pagada.

Elevator out of order. Put us old folks on 2nd floor. Light out in stairwell. I really was afraid we would fall. No coffee pot. No Kleenex. Small amount of toilet paper. Sliver of soap for 2 people. No shampoo or conditioner. One pillow. The rest were like throw pillows. Maid left dirty sheets in the chair. Shower would not turn on. Could have taken a bath but no plug to hold water. Will never stay at red roof inn again. Don’t like to complain but this was bad.

This was not a good place to stay especially for the price we paid. The pool was closed for service during a hot week. The towels were stained, holes in the comforter, and the soap looked used. There was no breakfast provided either. We booked a two bed room in advance but they didn’t have it available for us. They faced a king bed instead with a suite but really we just wanted what we paid for: 2 beds. I do not recommend this place at all.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do BOT stay here unless you need to. Person at check-in was very pleasant but at checkout lady was very rude and didn't care that we had a problem with our stay. Dirty towels, no working elevator and shower/bath didn't work. Couldn't shower because no way to turn on the shower head and couldn't take a bath with no plug included. Toilet paper holder broken and paper was just in the wall. Will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again, two bad experiences.

Would not recommend room had no smoke detector. Bathroom had no vent fan the hole was there and the wires were there looked like it had gotten hot and they had unplugged it. Towels were dingy and looked stained. Uneven floor coming out of bathroom. And a strong smell of cannabis every night at the entrance near the check in area. Also broken light in the light next to the bed bulb laying against the lamp shade. Can see this getting hot and creating a problem

We had a paid reservation. The clerk called my husband a liar when he said my cat is a service animal. He demanded $50 cash for the cat refusing the credit card for this charge. We entered the room and say filthy towels so while my husband started to unpack the car, I took the towels to the desk and asked for clean ones. The clerk began a barrage of the most vile, filthy language. He said he was sick of people like me (an elderly, white woman!) And to get out of his hotel! Every other word was a vulgarity, or outright filth. He literally chased me down the hall way screaming and swearing to get that cat out of his hotel, that he was going to call the police. It was quite frightening and we feared for our physical safety. Hotels.com was able to get our money back, including the $50 he took. A nearby hotel took us in and told us they've had other people come in telling similar stories. We asked hotels.com if it is possible to eliminate this hotel from their list. No elderly handicapped person should ever be treated this way. This review page wont let me enter photos.

an old and run-down hotel not very much like the other Red Roof Inn & Suites we've stayed during the earlier part of our trip. We are re-thinking Red Roof for future nights on our journey because the pictures on the site for this property were "optimistic" at best strange things we encountered: 1) $5 charge if you don't return the room key (this is the credit card plastic kind, not the old-school metal kind). This is beyond our understanding since at other places they tell you to toss or just leave the key in the room when you leave. The net result: 10 min to checkout at the front desk 2) TV remote didn't work; had to get front desk person to come fiddle with it (another 15 min) 3) no breakfast, despite other Red Roofs having it. This should figure prominently in the property description, not that we only find out about it after we are checking in 4) no guests -- we didn't have any guests but the concept seems weird in the US. 5) very old bathroom, with one itsy bitsy tiny mini-bottle of shampoo (the kind that is small enough to get thru TSA). Towels are threadbare and dingy gray color.

First of all i never received my deposit back. I don't know why my price changed so many times from the time i booked the hotel in my app to checking in... the lady said if i just go thru her then I'd just be paying 102... but if i stayed thru the app it would've been 137. That's a no brainer right! WRONG!! AFTER THAT SHE INFORMED ME I NEEDED 150 SO I GAVE HER 160 AND SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CHANGE THEN REQUIRED MY CARD AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME 125 FOR WHAT? AND THEN NEVER RETURNED IT! ALSO MY BROTHER IN LAW WAS VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN I DIDN'T THINK ANY THING OF IT.. I WAS INFORMED WHILE WE STEPPED OUT SIDE TO SMOKE.... CAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO SMOKE IN THE NON SMOKING ROOM WHICH THEY WERE UNBELIEVABLE RUDE ABOUT INFORMING US. THAT IF MY BROTHER ENTERED THE HOTEL THAT WE WOULD BE KICKD OUT IMMEDIATELY...WE HAD JUST CHECKED IN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THIS. THEY SAID FOR HIM TO BE THERE THEY WOULD NEED AN ADDITIONAL $24 THEN THEY ASKED HOW LONG HE WAS STAYING I SAID I DUNNO AND LET THEM KNOW HE WAS NOT STAYING WITH US OVERNIGHT. I TOLD THEM HE'D BE GONE BY 10 PM ISH? THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY$ 28.00 RATHER THAN THE 24 WHICH WAS CRAZY TO BEGIN WITH...ALSO WHILE MY BROTHER WAS ON A BUSINESS CALL SMOKING OUTSIDE OF HOTEL HE WAS TOLD THAT HE NEEDED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY!!!!! I ABOUT LOST MY COOL! I JUST PAID AN ADDITIONAL 28.00 FOR HIM TO BE THERE TILL 10:00 PM. AND IT WAS 5:30 AT THIS POINT... HE ENDED UP LEAVING AT 6:30 PM NOT EVEN 10 WHICH I WAS NEVER REIMBURSED THE DIFFERENCE! .... THE

No working lock on the door. Beat up furniture. Grungy looking towels. Poor quality bed. The room did appear to be clean! Number one priority. When I’m staying at a budget motel, my expectations are low. This property did not exceed my expectations.

AND THEN NEVER RETURNED IT! ALSO MY BROTHER IN LAW WAS VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN I DIDN'T THINK ANY THING OF IT.. I WAS INFORMED WHILE WE STEPPED OUT SIDE TO SMOKE.... CAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO SMOKE IN THE NON SMOKING ROOM WHICH THEY WERE UNBELIEVABLE RUDE ABOUT INFORMING US. THAT IF MY BROTHER ENTERED THE HOTEL THAT WE WOULD BE KICKD OUT IMMEDIATELY...WE HAD JUST CHECKED IN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THIS. THEY SAID FOR HIM TO BE THERE THEY WOULD NEED AN ADDITIONAL $24 THEN THEY ASKED HOW LONG HE WAS STAYING I SAID I DUNNO AND LET THEM KNOW HE WAS NOT STAYING WITH US OVERNIGHT. I TOLD THEM HE'D BE GONE BY 10 PM ISH? THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY$ 28.00 RATHER THAN THE 24 WHICH WAS CRAZY TO BEGIN WITH...ALSO WHILE MY BROTHER WAS ON A BUSINESS CALL SMOKING OUTSIDE OF HOTEL HE WAS TOLD THAT HE NEEDED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY!!!!! I ABOUT LOST MY COOL! I JUST PAID AN ADDITIONAL 28.00 FOR HIM TO BE THERE TILL 10:00 PM. AND IT WAS 5:30 AT THIS POINT... HE ENDED UP LEAVING AT 6:30 PM NOT EVEN 10 WHICH I WAS NEVER REIMBURSED THE DIFFERENCE! .... THE

No working lock on the door. Beat up furniture. Grungy looking towels. Poor quality bed. The room did appear to be clean! Number one priority. When I’m staying at a budget motel, my expectations are low. This property did not exceed my expectations.
