Nice to park right in front of room. Room was exceptionally large and very clean.

nicely remodeled, however, kitchen had NO hot pads or silver wear, full size fridge had a built in ice maker not connected to water. with daily temps over 100....... ice was needed.

Nice clean property. Easy check in.

Great hotel with very nice rooms. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Medford.

Nice staff, clean, recently refinished, low cost. It's a good value even if it's noisy, has an odd room layout, no couch, and the building is dated. I'm too old to figure out how to use the TV and even if I could it was in a bad location. I'd go back.

I appreciated the ability to check in early. The day was sweltering hot, I had driven a long way. The air conditioned room was heaven. I was happily surprised at how quiet it was being close to the freeway.

Quick trip, outside view of the hotel was not too appealing, however, the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Nice to have a little kitchenette in the room.

The room was clean and very quiet. The service was good. They cleaned my room every day.

We had an event close by so I booked it for convenience, hoping it would be as good as it was listed, I was not disappointed at all! Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly.

What friendly, welcoming caretakers! Recently under new ownership, they have renovated many of the rooms and they were all really nice. We loved the small touches like the plants and flowers in the lobby, and the family veggie garden they were growing out back. The caretakers have an attention to detail and are just such sweet people! Would recommend to anyone who wants a clean, welcoming, friendly place to stay.

i like the staff's kindness

This place is loud, dirty, and judgemental AF, seeing as how they need to ligitly take a class on cleaning they're rooms.....as in, its called bend over and look under the furniture and vacuum!

I could not sleep most of the night and was woken up at 5:00 in the morning.

Felt like rough area of town, but we were looking for something cheap and found it
