紐約時代廣場萬麗飯店

Hotel was under construction so there was not a place to eat within the hotel. The hotel store snacks were over priced. The other issues at this time was the inconvenience using one elevator to get to floor two. Tons of ppl on one elevator or waiting in a long line to get to next floor was awful. Room was comfortable but nothing outstanding. The positive about this hotel is location to time square. You are in the middle of everything.

The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes from Times Sq. However, my stay was during the renovation, which had a big impact on the overall experience.

Great location! Ongoing renovations in the main lobby were a hassle at times. Rooms were outdated, but had a great time. Great staff!

Excellent location. The view of Times Square from our balcony was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking available for a fee.

Room was too small ,,, the condition of the hotel was medium to bad ,,, elevator terrible ,,, location surrounding ugly ,,, I would not recommend to any one or visit again

Great location, can be a little noisy from the streets below but thats to be expected. Rooms were nice and kept very clean. Reception staff were brilliant, really helpful.

Very disappointed as the property is undergoing major renovation meaning that it’s amazing bar that overlooks Times Square is not open - we were not advised of this at the time of booking or before our arrival.

The hotel is in a great location in Times Square, convenient to everything! Even during a renovation, the hotel is spotless. Staff were great and always willing to help. This will continue to be my go to hotel.

Everything Super nice!

This hotel was a 5/5...the location was awesome everything you need and wanted was very close, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and very nice people... If your funds allow it i recommend this hotel for your stay...

The floor in room 1604 is sloping by about 10-20 degrees, It makes the bed near the door so uncomfortable, especially when you are full. When you lie down, you feel like you are in a slope. So you have to sleep with your head on the foot of the bed for you to be comfortable. The chambermaid was so rude. Kept knocking our door and rushing us because she wanted to clean. I wasn’t feeling well and She said she wasn’t going to be available after 1pm, so we just took towels. When we left at 2pm. She was there still cleaning. The next day, she did not do much apart from changing the towels and emptying the bins. We slept on the same bedsheets for 4 nights which is shameful. *The front desk/receptionist staff are warm and welcoming. Brilliant customer service. They are very helpful and also accommodating with a smile in their faces. They help sort out a taxi to the airport.

Estan remodelando la entrada, hotel y me supongo que restaurante, creo que remodelado tendra aun mayor exito y plusbalia ya que esta excelentemente ubicado. Los cuartos si estan muy bonitos, amplios y modernos, el unico pero fue que esta en remodelacion el Lobby y que la tipo market-cafeteria tambien ocupa remodelacion.
