I expressed I have a mold allergy and the front desk made sure I was placed in an allergen free room.

Shower was incredible small.

Comfortable room. great breakfast

Did not stay there. Bought trip insurance but it won’t reimburse me for missed stay

We choose this place because of the location to the airport, the 24 hour transfer to the airport service and the cost. It is a big beautiful room. Nice and comfy. And if we were to need to stay longer than a couple days, this is perfect (plenty of room and places to sit, nice kitchen are with small microwave, fridge and stove).

Wonderful place to enjoy family and friends.

Had several calls pre-arrival that were handled well. Accepted our 2 cats very happily, and probably the best General Manager in the hotel business. Thank you Brian for the effective handling and kindness to 2 traveling seniors. You are a kind man.

The daily breakfast was delicious. Room and grounds were clean and well maintained. We was nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a living area.

Staff was very friendly.

Staff was amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. They allowed me to check in early, which was amazing since I had an early flight that didn't go well.

Nicole at the front desk was very good.

We've been using this hotel every year to send our students to the Creation Science camp and to Noah's Ark. The hotel's customer service quality is always above our expectation. Their communication is proactive and excellent. They always make sure that we are aware of what's happening around. The staffs are always very helpful and kind. Especially Jordan at the front desk is an amazing lady; so professional, kind, friendly, and provides excellent customer support! She goes an extra mile to help us when it was not her fault. She always makes sure the hotel meets our needs.

Stayed 2 nights and very much enjoyed the extra space in the room and the amenities. Little kitchen offered savings opportunities. The breakfast offered in the lobby was excellent! I'd stay there again.

The room was really quite dirty. There wasn’t any bedding for the pullout sofa- we had to go to the office and they had to “hunt” some down. The hallways and our room wreaked of marijuana. I probably used 1/2 a bottle of body spray to try and mask the smell

It was very nice,the only issue i had was the breakfast kitchen staff..if you asked for something they were very rude 2 different ladies on 2 different days...i would definitely stay again & tell my friends to...Thank you for the kindness of the other staff

As always, love to come back because they truly care for customers.

Nice area, close to the airport.

Convenient location ! Staff was nice and efficient. Needs Updating . Breakfast was very minimum. I let them know when we were leaving that the bath vanity sink faucet was awkward to get completely off & our efficiency had uneven cooling. To me it fell short for the charges.
