The bed was awesome so so comfortable soon as I hit it I was out like a light.

We had body fluid stains on our sheets. Had to change rooms three times because the beds were dirty. Xavier who works at the front desk was no help so maintenance man had to give me a better room. Imagine that! Xavier is lazy and never at the front desk. On his phone the whole time.

Staff were friendly. Helpful. Property was clean. I made a reservation for a studio with 2 queen beds. I was given a room with one queen bed and a pull out sofa.

It was in the heart of downtown Wilmington,DE however, without the traffic of bigger cities

I enjoyed my stay. No complaints!

Comfortable

I already reached out to Marriott and I recd a partial refund. While the staff was friendly and somewhat helpful the room was extremely small, no addl pillows were provided for the bed and no pillows were provided with the linens for the couch. And more importantly we had to park on the street!

I honestly loved the hotel, the only downside was the parking lot was extremely small

I did not know they would not clean the room.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean. There were some HVAC issues in some of the rooms upon our arrival. However the staff was extremely accommodating & got us a room with no HVAC issues.

Check-in was a bit tricky due to the lack of temporary parking in front. We were able to leave our car in the middle of the street with our hazard lights on. Once we checked in though, the room was spacious and quiet. The parking is 24.00 a day and limited. I would estimate there were about 20 spots. I would stay here again if I needed to, but there were other hotels in the area that might be better suited.

Everything exceeded expectations. The room was amazing, the bed was super comfy, staff was super friendly, and even breakfast was great. However, I took one shower and it was HORRIBLE. I jumped in fairly quickly after turning the shower on and turning the handle completely on the hottest setting. The first 4-5 minutes were a little warmer than lukewarm. Then the temperature was nice and kinda hot… for about 2 minutes. Then I got shocked by freezing cold water. Put such a damper on my morning, but literally everything else about this hotel was perfection.

I like the hotel. However, i did not like walking into my room to have the smell of Marijuana hit me. I get it is legsl now, but i don't want the smell. Other than that, it was a nice stay
