We stayed at the Residence Inn Manhattan/Central Park in room 3809 for our recent trip, and overall it was a good experience with some pros and cons worth noting. Check‑in & Service: We arrived around 4:30 pm, but our room wasn’t ready because cleaning wasn’t complete. This was inconvenient, but hotel management handled it well by offering us three complimentary drinks and a plate, which made the wait more pleasant. Room: Our room 3809 had a great view of Central Park, which we really enjoyed. The room was generally clean, but we did notice many small gnats/moths in the bathroom and some towels had a strange smell. On the plus side, the room was well‑equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, utensils (forks/spoons, etc.), and a dishwasher, which is convenient for families or longer stays. Amenities: The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the 35th floor. Laundry costs $2.50 for washing and $3.50 for drying, which is reasonable for New York. Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the stay and was quite good, with a variety of options that worked well for both adults and kids. Location: The location is fantastic — right by Central Park and within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway, and multiple subway stations. Overall: While we experienced a delay at check‑in and some issues with bathroom insects and towel smell, the great view, helpful management, convenient in‑room amenities, and solid breakfast made our stay enjoyable. I’d recommend this hotel for families

離中央公園哥倫布圓環的路口很近，走路10分鐘內會到，如果要去中央公園跑步非常方便。飯店有健身房，洗衣房(可用信用卡)。而且飯店的4樓也有星巴克，總之相當便利。離地鐵站E線只差一個街口，可以直接往返JFK機場到Jamaica換乘A-train.雖然是住低樓層，但最低樓層也有36樓，房間的景觀也很棒，晚上在房間就有很棒的夜景可看。

好地點,好健身35th,好早餐3th.

Unser Aufenthalt im August 2025 im Residence Inn Manhattan Central Park war sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben die tolle Aussicht vom Hotel auf New York. Wir hatten einen Blick auf den Hudson, diesen kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden dort nochmals buchen.

We had a great stay. It was made even better by the service provided by Cyril at check-in. From room confirmation to understanding our needs, to making our daughters birthday in NY fantastic, He made our stay in New York a memorable one.

Great facilities in an amazing central NYC location!

O hotel funcionou super bem! Estava com receio dos elevadores, por outras avaliações anteriores, mas em 5 dias, ficando no 52º andar, não tivemos nenhum problema! Em horários de maior movimento, parou em diversos andares na descida, mas nada que atrapalhasse. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante oferta e reposição constante. Funcionários atenciosos no café da manhã. O quarto todo equipado tbm ajuda bastante na viagem. O nosso possuia geladeira, lava louças, pia, microondas, cafeteira, torradeira e utensílios. Tínhamos uma excelente vista! O único ponto que achamos que pode melhorar bastante são os travasseiros. De resto, recomendo e voltaria.

Posizione ottima, check in veloce e accoglienza davvero perfetta. Ci é stata assegnata una camera al 63esimo piano con una vista pazzesca su Times Square e l'Hudson river con un tramonto mozzafiato. Quando abbiamo detto in reception che eravamo in luna di miele, ci é stato offerto un aperitivo al bar dell'hotel completo di degustazione a nostra scelta: davvero un bel pensiero e per nulla scontato. Colazione varia e con tantissime possibilitá di scelta tra dolce e salato. Camera spaziosa e sempre pulita. Insomma, se dovessi tornare a New York, quest'hotel sarebbe la mia "casa in vacanza".

Great Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We requested an iron, and it was brought to us right away. The room was fantastic! The only minor issue we encountered was with the shower handle—it took a long time to adjust the water temperature because it kept turning without proper control. However, this did not overshadow the overall great experience. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, which made it so convenient. And the view from the window- Absolutely stunning! Overall, we’re very pleased with our stay and will definitely consider coming back in the future.

It was a pleasant experience for the family trip. Nice place to stay for the sightseeing of NY, safe and convenient. With my special thanks to Wayne remembering all the details of reservations and requests, most staffs were very friendly and breakfast was nice. Entrance may need little more seats with comfort atmosphere. Overall, will consider again for the next visit, over other places we stayed before in downtown NY. Recommended w.o. reservation.
