Riverfront Lodging

We loved this location on the Rogue. It has a great deck in the back for guests which was ideally relaxing after our hikes in Crater Lake. Dana was exceptionally helpful regarding the local area restaurants and things to do.

We stayed two nights and the place is great. The only thing I regret is not booking a riverfront room when we first were thinking about staying. Grabbing food to go from the restaurant next door and eating on the public deck overlooking the river is nice. When we checked in we were giving two great places to hike and recommendations for good restaurants.

Really nice grounds with flowers and water view. Rooms were big. Coffee and water bottles were provided. It would have been nice to have some plates,utensils, and bowls provided too. Everyone was friendly.

Right on the river and near a diner. Cute, quiet and clean. Loved the cozy town

Our shower drained very slow and the A/C was extremely loud. The outside area was beautiful and loved the patio on the river. It was nice having a good restaurant next door.

Perfect location if you’re driving up to crater lake! Room was clean, easy to check in and out. Would stay again!

We were not sure what to expect here. We were very happy with our stay. The check in was incredibly easy, parking by our room was very convenient and the room was very cozy and clean. The property had several walkable dining & beverage options. They also have a beautiful deck overlook of the river to relax. It was 102 degrees the day we stayed (even in the shade) so we didn’t use the deck as we otherwise might have. We used the motel for a jumping off point to visit Crater Lake NP the following day, which worked very well. But we would definitely consider spending more time at this property in the future. For the price, Riverfront Lodging is a little gem!

It was very quiet and relaxing. We came in a little late and the manager made arrangements for gain access to our room. The area was pretty and the room was quite nice.

Clean and spacious room in the quaint river town of Shady Cove. This room was perfect for a one-eighty stay for our family of four visiting Crater Lake National Park. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch that overlooked the river with a bottle of local wine. The staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the motel was close to a good grocery store and a wonderful coffee shop.

Little kitchenette was nice, Lovely patio overlooking the Rogue River with chairs and tables. Clean and comfortable. Large bedroom and bathroom.

Very quaint and staff super friendly. Air conditioner was very loud and couldn’t cool the room down for most of the night.

Sitting on the balcony at the back of the property overlooking the Rogue River sipping wine (BYO) after a long drive was awesome. Highly recommend this motel.

Beautiful property with a deck that overlooks the river. Saw some deer and ducks down there in the evening just chilling. Check in was amazing and super helpful in picking out where I should go for dinner and even gave me a few extra things to check out on my way up to Crater Lake the next day. Overall this place is just awesome!!!

Staff were nice and very accommodating. NO breakfast but had coffee in the room, the grocery store was very near. It was about an hour away from Crater Lake, easy drive.
