The price is good for what you are getting- and the shuttle to airport and cruise port is definitely why I chose them while traveling with kids. Heads up though- the cruise port shuttles to port everglades is only free at their designated times. The two gentleman I encounted at the desk were nice. Both shuttle drivers were also very nice guys. There was a bit of a hiccup when one of the guys at the front desk gave me a quote to the water taxi round trip ($40) and then 3 days later a lady said I had to pay for kids as well so it would be $80. She also had a bit of an attitude with me? This resulted in a change of plans - and having to take an uber at last minute. Sappinos was reccomended for good pizza, and i totally agree. Delivered to your door and super good after a busy day. There is no where to walk. Its located on a busy road. There is a bar/restaurant on premmises but we didnt try it. I read a lot of reviews that were very bad and thought about cancelling. I didnt feel unsafe and the room was not dirty like others mentioned. The door on one of my rooms didnt lock but the deadbolt and latch did so it wasnt a huge deal. I also noticed one of my bathroom doors was not on track correctly, but honestly did not care. Breakfast was a basic waffle, cereal, and bread selection. The pog juice was so good though!

Staff were extremely helpful, the rooms & bed were clean, cool & soft. The property was very nicely decorated. We did not get to enjoy the pool. The bar was very noisey but we sat in patio which was perfect. The food was good. We would stay there again.

It took over 45 minutes to check-in and was only 2 people in front of me.

Average hotel, we appreciated the complementary shuttle to the cruise port.

Excelente hospedaje 10/10

We booked and paid for a pick up for our return to the airport from the cruise port and they assured us they will be there at 8:15am to pick us up. We hurried ourselves to get there on time as we did have a later flight however they told us 8:15am would be our only option for pick up…they did not show and only after a call to remind them did they come for us. It all worked out, but it did create some anxiety and we didn’t have breakfast on the ship before departure. They seem to not be very organized. Overall it was a decent stay for what it was and we would be okay with staying again.

They had a nice gift shop and attached restaurant.

The staff was really kind. At continental breakfast, the staff was very present and helped my wife and I. It was one night stay but it was really enjoyable. I would recommend Rodeway Inn & Suites to family and friends. Parking was easy and they offer transportation to port of Miami for cruises and to the airport.

The property is decent for the price. All but one staff person was nice. Check in person was horrible. All in all we would stay again.

The transportation from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the cruise port was great. However, the staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was okay at best, and our toilet did not work initially. It was convenient however, and that’s why it earned 4 stars.

You could hear every airplane take off, the bed wasn’t even a mattress on a metal bed wire frame.
