Boutique vibe, cool bar, boho rooms, chill staff - the place to stay in downtown Redmond!

Nice room- comfy bed and uncomfortable couch. Rooftop bar sometimes closed for events. Lots of restaurants on site. Elevator was broken - not ideal for us with a large bag and toddler. No dedicated parking- but lots of street parking available.

Neat hotel. The A/C worked great, the room was clean and big. Very happy that there was no carpet! Tiny fridge, had to request ice from the front desk and they ran out of ice buckets. On street parking seemed to be okay, we had no issues. The elevator was a little suspect. Made all kinds of not normal sounds. One couple stated “they just fixed it”. Very walkable to food carts and pubs. A little expensive. Would stay again if the price was right.

It is a loud neighborhood, but you are provided earplugs and a sound machine. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out 3 days so we ended up having to carry our luggage down the day of our departure. But honestly if you are there to hike then stairs should not be an issue. The staff was friendly and met any need we had. Overall, I would be happy to stay there again.

Upon checking in I was given a voucher for 2 free drinks to be redeemed at the hotels 4 eating establishments. My husband and I came down in the evening to redeem them and have dinner. In the elevator was a sign that all restaurants were closed for a private event. We found a nearby restaurant and when we came back the entire hotel lobby was packed with a massive party. We could barely make our way to the elevator. The room was tiny. A little space around the bed is all the room we had. Even though there was a loud a/c unit at the end of the bed it was stiflingly hot. We couldn’t wait to leave and get home. We left at 6 am our last day of the stay. I would never stay here again.

Easy to recommend this Redmond landmark. Love onsite coffee shop and rooftop restaurant/bar. Fine dining and full bar onsite as well. Easy free parking.

Beautiful and relaxing stay.

Bella struttura con camere ampie; pulita. Unico difetto troppo rumorosa; abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception, ma pur avendoci cambiato stanza il problema non è stato risolto. Vengono offerti tappi per le orecchie agli ospiti, ma sarebbe opportuno intervenire sul problema dell'impianto di condizionamento.

Grottenschlecht. Unser Zimmer lag in der dritten Etage. Vor unseren Fenster riesiger Ventilator der Klimaanlage. Sehr laut. Draussen Eisenbahn. Laut. Über uns die Rooftop Bar. Entsetzlich laut. Von 16 Uhr bis 22 Uhr Gekreische der hin und her geschobenen Stühle. Man kann es im Zimmer abends nur ertragen wenn der Fernseher laut gedtellt wird. Morgens 7.30 Uhr putzen in der Bar mit lautem Geschiebe der schweren Stühle auf Fliesenboden. Nacht zu Ende. Aussage der Rezeption: Benutzen sie doch die Ohrstöpsel. Wir spendieren Ihnen als Entschädigung ein Sandwich. Das ist ne Beleidigung.

Great every time we stay! Clean, great service and not a bad drive to get to bend for events!

I can’t believe I paid $300 for this small cramped room. They had 5 rooms that didn’t have a TV. That happened to be our first room. They did move us to a room with a queen bed and a pI’ll put sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed. Again this room was not worth $300.

very nice hotel and the staff was incredible. My only issue is paying that kind of money for a room that barely fits one person. That might have been the smallest room I have ever stayed in

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, convenient with many offerings. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative is the AC unit was super loud when it came on.

The heathy, locally sourced food/drink options were fantastic. Everything we ate was delicious and it was a welcome change from the typical offerings at most hotels. The room was incredibly noisy. They are aware as there was earplugs bedside. We really enjoyed the location and did a lot of walking the neighborhood, shopping and eating at the local restaurants. It is a pain in the butt to get ice for our room. With all the food options, there was no way to get room service. Not a big deal but would've been a nice bonus. Bummed we couldn't eat at the rooftop bar because of lightning in the area but I did check it out and it looked like a fantastic place to soak in the views and sun. Parking was not very convenient and it would've been nice if they had the front clearly marked for loading/unloading suitcases, golf bags, etc.
