View is good. Room was kinda small with no napkins or utensils.

This place definitely needs better cleaning. The ocean view right above the shore is awesome, but the window was cloudy. The mattress was very comfortable, but the floors were dirty, and we couldn’t lock the main door. The location is excellent, with convenient parking and direct access to the beach entrance.

Such a great spot. The staff is top notch! The view is amazing and if you're in a room with a hot tub its even better!

In the ad it claimed that it was remodeled, however our unit had holes in the walls where a tv mount had been, the furnishings were old, there was a screen missing from one of the windows. The bathroom baseboards were dirty as well as the toilet. For what we paid a night it should of been a lot nicer and cleaner, nothing at all like the pictures in the advertisement.

Front staff was great. Rooms are very dated and lacking amenities like extra toilet paper or a box of Kleenex. No extra garbage bags, nowhere to store your luggage. No drawers to put anything away. No towels in the kitchen to wash the dishes. But if you don't do your dishes you will get charged $25 one key per room, which you're not always with everybody from your party isn't it inconvenience , they should have more keys made. What made the stay great was our lady at the front desk was wonderful she was very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to try to accommodate. I'm not giving it the worst Star review because the convenience of the Hotel was wonderful. Could walk right down to the beach. Had a campfire which was fantastic also, the view from our room was beautiful

Bed was hard as a rock. floor was rather dirty when we arrived, trash outside was always overflowing. Staff was nice and helpful. Parking was fine.

I liked that the stairs to go to the beach were right around the corner, the view was gorgeous and me and my family had an amazing time

Totally disappointed in the property & it had good review numbers. Receptionist was rude when I asked if we could have an early check in (an hour). Room was old & beds were awful. Door was hard to open. Needed an extra blanket, went to the front office to get a contact number & was told she’d bring it to the office…..I waited 5 min in my pjs. No wash cloths either. Floor was gritty (sandy) so beds got grit in them. Won’t be back.

Great view. Bed was nice. No AC or heat, sliding door didnt lock. Very easy to gain access through there. Hot tub was clean. They were short on towels so I was lucky to bring my own.

Staff were friendly and polite. They should refurbishment furniture, some of them very old.

The property seems a bit run down and in need of an upgrade. The office is a hole in the wall and is a bit awkward. For the price, though, all in all it was ok, just kind of on the "roughing it" side. :-1

It’s an older property that is being renovated. My booking was a spur of the moment. The manager was truly accommodating. My friends and I went to eat dinner and the room was in the final stages of being ready. There was little inconvenience. I would stay again.

Very disappointed. Spent way too much money on this place. No AC, not clean, smelled awful,just plain and simply run down. Will not be back and do not recommend

The room was really dirty, there was dog hair and dog food on the floor, still garbage in the wastebasket in the bathroom, the shower and towels looked stained and dirty. we were on the 3rd floor and there was no screen on the window. There is no AC in the room. They gave us a fan but the cord had a sticky brown substance all over it. Definitely not worth a $270 a night. It is beach front so you can hear and see the ocean from your room which was nice.

Did not match photos on website. Rooms were not clean. View was nice but no screens on windows so couldn’t leave open.

The hot tub was the cleanest part of the room. There was urine dried to the toilet seat, the tub didn’t drain, the tv wasn’t hooked up and there was a hole in the ceiling that had been covered with plywood and painted. There was no A/C and the sun beat down on our room and made it extremely hot in the room. Staff was really friendly though.
