兩張大床的房型，標示大床為標準尺寸，可以住四個人，但所謂的大床寛度僅138公分，明顯偏小，睡兩個人非常勉強。訂房時已標示為三個人，確只提供二人份的毛巾。

This hotel is very quiet and conveniently located!

It's great experience to stay here for 6 nights. The room has good night view for Seattle downtown. The service at club lounge is also great at day and night. House keeping service keeps my room clear and is also impressed to me. And the location is also nice to me, I can walk to Pike Market and even waterfront area and it's very far from Sheraton. West Lake metro station is also near to Sheraton, it's very convenient to take subway to other place like Space Needle and University of Washington.

A four-star hotel with outdated facilities. You have to wait 15 minutes to take the elevator. The room is filled with foot odor. The bathroom shower faucet is always leaking. The parking fee is $65 per night. I can only say that this is terrible and I will not come back.

Hotel is in a great location, only a couple blocks from Pike Place market and Starbucks Roastery. Property is nice in general, but definitely old, needs some renovating...still has old shower/tub combo with shower mat and shower curtains.

I stayed at this hotel recently and, while many aspects were exceptional (facilities, location, and overall comfort), I had a very disappointing experience with housekeeping. Even though I requested service, my room was left half-done: the blankets were moved but the bed was not made, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and nothing was refreshed. I waited and asked again at reception, and while they promised someone would come “immediately,” hours later the only follow-up was dropping off a couple of towels and blankets. The room itself was never properly serviced. Reception offered an apology, but without any real explanation or resolution. This was frustrating and far below the standard I expected from such an otherwise excellent hotel. If management improves its housekeeping and communication, this could easily be a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, because of this, my stay was overshadowed by basic service not being met.

The location is perfect for visiting Pike Place Markets, Starbucks Roastery, and T-Mobile Park.
